My first experience with Creation and everything went smoothly. I admit I was a little hesitant at first about ordering but now I'm glad I did. They have an awesome selection of watches at unbeatable prices. Some models that either you can't find in the U.S. or are already sold out at other retailere. I got me a Citizen NJ0090-81E automatic with sapphire crystal. BEAUTIFUL. That's all I have to say. Came brand new, pristine (not a scratch or fingerprint on it), I was also able to verify that it was authentic.

Ordered on a Friday, shipped on a Monday, received on that Thursday morning. Less than a week turnaround. Well-packaged and super secure. Came in the Citizen box (which I paid a little more for), and the whole watch was lined in plastic for protection. Just AMAZING. This is my first Creation purchase and it won't be my last.

Just bought a Seiko SKX007J from creationwatches, I did some digging around online before hand to satisfy myself that the offer wasn't too good to be true and after reading good reviews I bought the watch. The watch arrived within a couple of days and is exactly as described, an authentic brand new Japanese made Seiko, came in a Seiko box with instructions, was well packaged. I was impressed with the constant updates from creationwatches regarding my order and for that matter from DHL for the same reasons. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this company or recommend it to friends. If you're worried that they are selling plausible fakes... don't be, I've owned the same watch previously and it is genuine. I'm naturally very happy with it.

The product is absolutely conform to my wish. More over the reception was in 48 h "bravo". My Citizen was in its original box with using manual of 2 cm high and the international garanty.
It has been very difficult to me for finding a default: after same thinking and for joke: the watch was not at the French time!

I have received my watch and I am extremely pleased with it. I have been impressed with the service I have received as I had a problem with my order (my fault) that was sorted out quickly and courteously by Nate and Sally, The correct watch then arrived promptly. All in all very impressed and I would definitely shop with you again.

It has outstanding quality and looks like a luxury watch.
It is water resistant 200 meters.
It has day of the month indicator. Its bezel is rotatable with extreme softness.
The buttons are threaded and very nice.
In my wrist, this watch is very good.

I enjoyed using this web-site. I ordered Seiko Solar Chronograph Divers watch for my husband and the order arrived right in time. I was very anxious about prompt delivery as it was a presant for his birthday and they didn't fail me.
I was also pleased with the customer service, being notified about the status of the order and delivery via e-mail is very handy.

I regret dealing with CreationWatches.com, I purchsed an Invicta watch, order indicated 10-14 days delivery via DHL Express to Canada, time past and I contacted CreationWatches.com and they updated the order 3 weeks later saying it as sipped via SingPost and will deliver 3-4 weeks, I am now close to week 5 and not yer received.
This company is purposely misleading customers with the information provided prior of ordering.
Their customer service is extremely poor as it seems like an automated machine answering the requests, you will never get an straight and clear answer.

I reveived the shipment after six days. Both watches look even better than I expected. I'm very satisfied with the price, the speed of the shipment and the quality of the products. I'll buy more watches from this website in the future, as well as recommend creationwatches to friends.

Everything was ok with the purchase. It was my second experience with CreatioWatches and I was again very satisfied. Watches are working perfectly and looks awesome. I can recommend this shop to everybody.

I purchased watch from Creationwatches.com for the first time (Seiko SPC079p1), watch is as good as I would have bought it from showroom. I saved near about
(47-50)% of the total value. They provide in-house warranty of 2 yrs. I would recommend them.

I had several purchases with them via Amazon. The shipping and packaging corresponds with the said in the order, and yet I had no concerns for quality or damaged good. Casio PRG-270 right now and serving me for 3 years already.

Site says 10 to 15 days by singpost noe creation replied "roughly 3 to 4 weeks" rubbish service. Ask any question reply will be the same "roughly 3 to 4 weeks, i asked about 10 to 15 days delivery they are promising by their site n y after 8 tracking number says that ithem is not physically received. Creations answer is same" roughly 3 to 4 weeks... "

My order from Creation Watches came from halfway across the world in less than three days. The watch I received came in its official packaging and with all necessary paperwork, and was the exact item I had ordered. And it was a bargain no less! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Bought a watch (Hamilton H******* Khaki Field) in December 2013 from CreationWatches through Amazon. The watch started losing time (2-3 minutes a day) shortly after receiving it. Sent it back to CreationWatches for repair in January 2013 and I am still waiting for the watch. Don't buy from CreationWatches. If your watch breaks while under their warranty, they will not repair or replace it.

Bought a Sieko which didnot work. They told me to take it to a watchmaker but would not pay for the full repair. They are not authorised Seiko retailers so the manufacturers warranty that they stamp is
Worthless. This type of behaviour would mot be allowed in the UK. Aftersales care is NIL. I would never, ever use them again, no matter what the deal is!
