The watch is amazing. Works like a charm. It's got so many features that It's probably one of the best choices in the 300 euro range. It looks great Too... The blue sphere and leather bracelet are gorgeous! The delivery was super fast. No customs fees, only took 4 days since I Placed my order. Original box and documentation. Excellent service. I will certainly buy more watches from you!
Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.
My order was delivered fast. First time buying from Creation Watches. Their customer service was helpful (I contacted them via email). I'm hoping to buy again in the future. Recommended.
Had several purchases with this store, great prices, fast delivery. And the watches we got work without a single problem for a long time already mentioning many extreme situations they`ve been in.

I bought a seiko5 automatic watch after paying through PayPal. Choose DHL as my courier. Instead of 3to4 days delivery its almost 20 days. I got email from DHL stating that I have to upload KYC statements and have give self declaration that the single piece of watch is not for business purposes. What the heck? After some days another email to contact DHL. Called them only to know that I have been imposed 38% customs tax overall, and 14.58% gst. I must be ready to pay the amount when the courier person visits me.
With all the total amount I get the watch here in India which gives complete warranty with a reasonable returns policy. No customs harrasment and courier adamant attitude.

This time I did purchace a SKX781 (OM), and ones again a superb order handling! Fast response from order to "shipment pick up". Then a very fast transport to my adress, no holding time in customs. Very smooth shipping with DHL Express. After arrival I did spend a smaller amount at the local jeweler to adjust the bracelet (I don't touch the pin & collar type myself). So I now carry my new "monster" and is very happy with the purhase and will most probably come back with more orders! The day after I received my watch my colleague did put an order to you and today I have convinced also another colleague!

I ordered a Seiko SNKL09K1 watch from CreationWatches because I was told that CW is one reputable site with good prices and security. And everything and more is truth. They are very kind and professional, prices are very good, their services are prompt and everything is superb. Watch was in pristine condition and I am very satisfied with it. I would recommend CW to all my friends and other people who want to buy watch. And next time I will buy from CW. All in all, an excellent expirience!
It went only 2 hours from I ordered my watch untill it was sent. Great customer service and a lot of nicely priced watches. Only reason why I not give it 5 stars, is because they use FedEX. FedEX international seems OK, only two days from Singapore to Norway. But FedEx Norway is absolutely hopeless. They've had the watch for 5 days, and their distribution central is about 40km away from my office, and I still have no watch. So FedUP by FedEX.
The payment was so easy and the watch arrived in just a few days. I have been so happy with this experience that I plan to use creation watches for all our future purchases.
I could not have asked for better - I searched the 'Net' for the Best Price and got it at CREATION WATCHES, I paid about half price for a top quality Seiko - which arrived safely and on time. I got exactly the same watch as retailed in UK, with all documentation and guarantee, but so much cheaper.
I also sent them a couple of e-mails prior to purchase and these were answered extremely quickly and thoroughly.
This is the first time that I have completed such a review - I would recommend CREATION WATCHES most highly.
