Totally fraud company which is stealing customers money.
I've ordered a watch in August LAST year. Order #******* with tracking RT*******SG.
Since than No package, no refund, even no more replies to my e-mails. Amazing story.

Creation watches, the Sing Post has refund you on 14th of August. Why don't you refund me after more then year of wait?!
Next time I'm in Singapore, going to go and kick your asses. We russians are quite touchy.

I am very pleased with the purchase, since the watch (seiko sports snzh57) is gorgeous in real life. The package arrived in 10 working days, and that's the fastest ever from anywhere in Asia. Minus one star for horrible generic box and pouch. The description says "Shipped in Seiko watch box with all the watch documents"

Although I must confess to never having made a "actual" purchase through this online company, I have visited the website on many occassions and I'm impressed! They do offer a wide selection of various "Brands" at a very competive price.

It has been a pleasure shopping with Creation watches.
I am very happy with the seiko srp775, Beautiful, and runs well. Japan version at a good price!
And best of all was the incredibly fast shipping, ordered on Friday, received it on Monday, from the other side of the planet.

They do deliver your purchase quickly, but after that you are done. My watch had a manufacturer's defect in the movement. I had to pay ($50.00 USD) to ship it back to China and pay to have them fix the watch ($20.00 USD) and pay to have them ship it back within 8 weeks ($16.00 USD) and it was still under their "warranty". I get the watch back and it still has the same problem. Their solution is to send me a new movement and I can have someone in the states install (another $50.00 USD). I have been waiting 12 weeks for this movement and all they can tell me is that I have to wait. Chalk this up to lesson learned, I have now spent more on this watch that I would have if I had just bought it in the USA with a standard manufacture's warranty. These people have NO concept of customer service.
