Excellent service. Very quick delivery, I ordered on Friday and received my watch on Monday in UK. I am happy with the quality of the watch, authentic and new. However, the watch box could have been better - the citizen box in which the watch was presented was defected. It is gift purchase and hence I would have liked better boxing.

I ordered a Seiko SNZG15 which shipped from Singapore to my home country (India). On checkout, there are two shipping options - DHL and Registered Mail, both of which are free. I chose DHL. I was charged 58% of the watch as Import duty from Indian customs. I paid $172 for a watch that was listed as $109 on their website. Import Duty of 58% can never be refunded even if I send the watch back to Singapore. This isn't the first time I am buying something from overseas, in the past I have had a lot of taxable products ship from China, Canada and Singapore. Never had a problem with customs. I'm not sure who is to blame here - DHL or CreationWatches. Either ways, I got ripped off for a watch for which I will not even get a warranty from Seiko. Please avoid this website. Like they say, if it is too good to be true, it usually is.

I just purchased and received an Orient Classic Automatic (ER*******W) in Rose Gold finish. Wow! This watch looks like classic vintage watch with an attractive patina. I'll definitely wear this watch with pride and confidence.

Although the watch was securely packaged overall, there was no separation between the case back and the folded bracelet. It was steel on steel and in the course of transportation the bracelet rubbed on the case back and marked it. If anyone is going to scratch a new watch of mine, best it be me and not the supplier! This is something that is easily prevented with padding between case back and steel bracelet. This experience of mine with your company makes me wonder if future purchases should be from dealers that offer the original boxes where the watch is on a cushion and although the cost would be slightly more, the item would arrive in an unmarked and pristine condition.

This website is legit! I was able to order watches for my father. I placed the order here in Canada then they deliver it to him in the Philippines. They really follow my instructions! I'll definitely order again in the future:-)

Without correspondence, only the online payment, delivery fast and safe to Romania, watches as per my experience are originals and in perfect shape, nice experience, even I have payed all custom duty price was verry competitive, perhaps I will use again

This was my first order from Creation Watches and was a test order, which was passed with distinction! The order was processed and shipped within 24 hours and I received the watch within 48 hours of order placement. Shipped from Singapore to Sydney. I have found a new source to fulfil my watch habit and will be buying again for sure.

Scammers! They say it's free shipping even though it's not! Upon delivery of the goods, you will be charged 40% of the cost of the goods duty! Buy a product a little more expensive in another store with real free shipping, but you will not overpay 40% of the cost for duty! Avoid Creation Watches scammers, these have NO free shipping, they are scammers! Overpay 40% of the cost of the goods bypass them!

Very happy indeed. The watch was the best price I could find and the service from Creation Watches was outstanding. I ordered the watch online, and it was on my doorstep in the UK within less than 3 days. Item was well packaged and I cant fault it. I particularly liked the online tracking so I could follow the watches progress as it made its journey to my house from Singapore through Germany and into the UK.

It was nice to deal with them the watch arrived in 5 days (i'm french). The watch was brand new original of course i didn't have any problem with the duty they made the necessary. Great to deal with them.

I had very good experience with the creationwatches, the order came as fast as promised, and the watch was just as I hoped, and looked excellent. Since it was the present, fast delivery, was important. It was also on the discount which helped me decide for this site.

I've purchased two watches from Creation Watches; both times the watches were new, original, with current warranty cards, and packed extremely well. I received my last order (Seiko SRP779) on a Monday, here in Phoenix after I ordered it only a few days earlier.
