The watch is amazing. Works like a charm. It's got so many features that It's probably one of the best choices in the 300 euro range. It looks great Too... The blue sphere and leather bracelet are gorgeous! The delivery was super fast. No customs fees, only took 4 days since I Placed my order. Original box and documentation. Excellent service. I will certainly buy more watches from you!
Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.
I bought a Seiko watch from 'Creationwatches' aka 'Downunderwatches.com' aka 'Citywatches.co.nz' a few days before Christmas after checking productreview.com.au (3/5), trustpilot (4.5/5), sitejabber (4.7/5) which would lead you to think that it would be OK to buy from this company.
They have a refund policy on their website of 30 days. I reached out to them and after taking pictures of the watch and emailing it back to them as requested, they asked me to send the watch to

I sent it via Express post with a tracking number - the tracking number shows that it got there 14th Jan. At this point, I still thought everything was fine. Long story short, it took several emails and me following up to get a refund - it's March. I did get the refund, so I have increased the star rating from 1 to 3.

Very disappointed with this company, ordered watch as a present it arrived damaged. Got in touch by e-mail as the phone line for UK is just an answering service telling you to email them. Email got passed to someone called Justin who told me all watches are checked prior to being dispatched. After a number of days emailing he finally said I could return for an exchange, this was a Xmas present for my husband. Anyway, watch cost £14.73 to return and according to my tracking arrived in 5 days but according to creation watches it was about two weeks by which time there was no watches the same type in stock. I got told that I would get the delivery charge refunded "shortly" this was over a month ago! So now I have no watch and am £14.73 out of pocket. The customer service is atrocious. The website showed that the watch was in stock so I ordered it again, money came out if bank then next day I got an email telling me that sorry watch is not in stock and we will refund you shortly. This is the worst Internet company I have ever dealt with.

The Seiko was my fourth purchase from Creation Watches and is to be a birthday present for my eldest son.

My online order arrived in good order and at a great price. Creation had a good selection of watches including the SRP779 J I wished to order. The shipment arrived quickly via DHL to the United States. I would certainly order again from Creation Watches.
I was very impressed indeed with the sheer speed and delivery of my watch that
Reached me in perfect condition. My watch is the Seiko Monster Automatic SRP307K1 which is a very good looking watch with a nice big chunky size. Incidentally, I have two 5M62 Seiko Kinetic Diver's Watches which I have to say are extremely accurate to within a second or two per month. However, one thing that I was surprised to observe with my new automatic watch is that it has gained about 10 seconds within a few days. After appropriate research via Google, it appears to be a known feature that all automatic watches are much less accurate than other types of mechanisms, however I can live with that now that I am aware if this. The team at Creations also promptly confirmed the above and have been extremely helpful and asked if I am happy with my purchase. Having said all of that, I am extremely pleased with my watch and could thoroughly recommend Creation Watches.

I am very pleased all round and would not hesitate to recommend Creation Watches.
I am very please with the watch itself, it arrived very very quickly, the packaging was good and the price was excellent. Although the Seiko case would have cost extra, I was very impressed with the Standard Case which was included in the price.
It was the first time I ordered from Creattionwatches and it will not be the last. I put the order on Friday and received it on monday. Amazing! I couldn't beleive it will go so fast, well packed and no problem with customs. The watch is wonderful and the price so nice. I will recommend for sure your site around me
Creation watches will help you give affordable Japanese watches to your friends and family as gift no matter where you are in the world. You could be far far away and in a somewhat remote country and DHL will still deliver the watch to you within 5 working days. From Creation Watches, at least you will know that the watch is authentic and made in a Orient, Seiko or Citizen factory in Japan or in one of their overseas factories. I cannot recommend them enough, especially this watch, Orient FEM7J009h9-- go see this one on youtube and type in "Orient FEM7J009h9."
