Appendix, unfortunately does not function and watch supplier is reluctant to supply well funkconujacego watch.The watch stops after approx. 5-6 hours!

The only real reason to buy from Creation Watches is their prices which, on first glance, look cheaper (by a decent margin) than their competitors.

Despite being shown in your own currency and included with 'free' shipping, all giving a sense that the 'price you see is the price you pay', IT DOES NOT INCLUDE IMPORT DUTIES! Add 20%+ to the prices and they are then not at all competitive.

When I queried the large bill I received from DHL, they said that this wouldn't have happened if they had sent it via another method (so why on earth did they choose to send it DHL?! And, having looked into this claim, it simply isn't true), and their prices were still cheaper than their competitors. This claim is also untrue.

If this were a UK business action would be taken against them. Until they make it plainly clear what the TRUE value of their watches is, I would strongly encourage you not to buy from them. They are effectively doing business through misrepresentation.

It's the second time I buy a watch at Creativewatches and as the first time every thing was perfect... Delay, quality, prices, customer relationship all are worth 5 stars*****!

The shipping was really fast, from Singapore to Holland in 1,5 day! WOW!
The price was also very good, but before delivery I got mail from DHL to pay VAT (which I can understand) but also a 17 fee for DHL, for provided services!? I think that is ridiculous, because I never asked them to do anything, nore are they my "businesspartner" in this transaction. They must deal with CreationWatches! When I contacted CW about it, they refer to their terms, ofcourse... CW themselves say on their site that it is only in rare occasions that customs or other costs are involved.

Nonetheless, after paying tax and the FINE of DHL the watch is stil a bit cheaper after all.
But must say, those extra costst were a bit of a disapointment to me. Therefore 3 stars.

I got charged by creation watches. It was fraud, they challenged with my bank and I am still fighting the charges they can not support. They will screw you.

I've ordered a watch for my husbands Christmas present and despite their website saying they courier with DHL all orders to Australia it was sent with normal post and took 2 weeks to arrive.
Thats not the worst - when I opened the parcel, the watch I received wasn't the one I have ordered, they sent me some crap half price of the watch I've paid for. Forever since I'm trying to get my money back, its been more then a month since my order and I still haven't even received a return number so I can send this crap back. Last time they answered my email was 2 weeks ago, but Im not going to leave it. My best advice- STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Thanks for very impressive service; ordered Tuesday at 0030, delivered in UK from Singapore on Wednesday at 1620. That's less than 40 hours from order to receipt (and the watch is very nice).

Hi just to let everyone know that CreationWatches are simply thieves!
Yes their delivery is super speedy, yes their response to emails is excellent initially, their wordings and clarifications about warranty is very good I will give them that. All good until you face an issue and send you watch back for repair. My Orient watch developed a fault within a year and I sent it back for repair after several days for RMA fight and escalation. They received it early June and since that they kept it saying we will fix it as soon as got parts from Japan. One could walk/swim from Japan to Singapore leave alone ordering parts. Anyways I am sure I will never receive my watch back nor see my money. To me it is a lesson learnt and would strongly advice to stay away from Creationwatches.

P.S. Amazingly Creationwatches speedy email reply is not speedy anymore and they simply reply with cut and paste phrase like "Repairs can take longer". Horrible service without any indication and deadlines. Moreover they have a gut to offer me a discount on next purchase.

Order was speedily fulfilled and delivered. Her pleased with my Orient Mako. Only disappointed was the high amount of duty I had to pay. This I did not anticipate. However great service and product.
