I have multiple years of experience dealing with CreationWatches. They are always fast in everything: customer service, shipping and (if needed) refunds. The watches they sell are sold at great prices, can't argue with that. See you next time!
They shipped my purchase to another state. I wrote a number of very clear emails and received the same form response that didn't address the problem.
It's hard not to think this company is not legit. The phone number listed on their website never works and their listed NYC address is an apartment building.

I ordered a watch for delivery to Portugal, but after months of follow-up, the latest update is that it's stuck in customs. It's been three months without any further information. The company advised me to directly contact customs, providing a phone number that goes unanswered. I requested a refund a month ago, but since then, all communication from their side has ceased. In conclusion, there's a risk that shipments can get delayed indefinitely in customs, and the company does not assume responsibility to assist in resolving such issues.

I got the email (attached) from Creation Watches. Unfortunately, instead of accepting there was an issue they claimed they are correct. They state that the shipping they charged was a "Remote area shipping expense". As for the wrong watch being sent they simply stated that it is a issue with the picture color. As can be seen in the attached pictures, Casio has two different versions of this watch. One Ivory and one White. They show the white on their site and list the dial color as white yet they sent the Ivory.
They are more concerned about getting the review changed than solving the issue.
Before shipping, I received several emails asking for confirmation of my credit card and address.
Had this process been explained on the site, it would have been fine.
Instead, this appeared to be a phishing scam requiring additional contact to confirm its validity.
Then, according to the site US orders would be shipped free two day FedEx.
Instead, watch was shipped DHL from Singapore and I was charged $8.
When I had not received any shipping info, or the watch, after 8 business days I sent an email asking for information.
Instead of receiving any real help all I got was a email stating it has been shipped.
When I did get the watch, I found it was not the watch the site described or that I ordered.
The watch shown and described on the site has a white dial as I wanted.
However, the one shipped was the one with a ivory dial.
Finally, feedback I left on the site was deleted to prevent any negative reviews showing.
Based on the poor service and communication I have received so far, I am not going to waste my time trying to return the watch.
I do not believe I would ever see a refund or get the correct watch.
After two months I haven't received anything.
I placed my order on Nov 27 and on Jan 18 they still have not a clue of where my parcel is. They wrote to me saying that they have no tracking and they say that I can have my money back just by sending them the watch…that I may never receive.
They've kept on sending me the same email since I asked my money back, then they asked me to edit my negative review (on another platform) giving me a 10% discount voucher for a "future purchase". I am still figuring out if I should laugh or cry about that. My advice is just to buy somewhere else, even if the watch you are looking for is a bit more expensive.

Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.
Excellent service, good watch, far better than as shown in pics. Only sour point is customer service through telephone is not reachable. This is my third watch from Creation watch and surely will buy in future.

Hello, two weeks ago i ordered a Seiko watch from the website and paid. I received an confirmation email of the successful order and payment. However, a day later i decided to cancel the order since i wanted to think better about the products, and wrote them an email of cancellation of the order. They responded within 12 hours that they are working on my refund, and in the next day they wrote that the payment was refunded but it has been a week since that and there is no refund on my Credit card so im really worried.
Can you please help of fixing the problem since im worried and its frustrating?

Scammers! They say it's free shipping even though it's not! Upon delivery of the goods, you will be charged 40% of the cost of the goods duty! Buy a product a little more expensive in another store with real free shipping, but you will not overpay 40% of the cost for duty! Avoid Creation Watches scammers, these have NO free shipping, they are scammers! Overpay 40% of the cost of the goods bypass them!

I had a very bad experience with my order due the idiocity of DHL which they returned the parcel back after 2 days of sitting in a parcel shop.So my order was made on June and I got my parcel on September after resending it.I paid about 24 euros toll.The product came well packed and iam satisfied.Conclusion.Its not worth the wait and you don't get a better bargain from this shop because of the tolls.
