The watch is amazing. Works like a charm. It's got so many features that It's probably one of the best choices in the 300 euro range. It looks great Too... The blue sphere and leather bracelet are gorgeous! The delivery was super fast. No customs fees, only took 4 days since I Placed my order. Original box and documentation. Excellent service. I will certainly buy more watches from you!

Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.

Creation watches has very poor customer service. They are a bunch of crooks and liars who are selling their wares to other countries from Singapore. They are keen to sell their stuffs, but would not cancel your order easily. I cancelled my order promptly. But they dragged their feet and would not cancel the order. They would not offer me a refund. They do not respond to queries quickly. They would lie shamelessly and rob you of your money. Please stay away from such crooks, liars and unscrupulous people.

The watch was well packaged and delivered without any damage. It looks and works exactly as it is supposed to. The delivery took a while, but I assume this was more on the part of the postal service rather than the store itself. When contacted, CreationWatches responded promptly an in exhaustive manner. Worth recommending.

Sorry to receive a new watch with mechanical damage. This is my third order from you and the first disgusting. There were no protective films on the watch cover and dial. I hope. That the damage was caused by transportation, as it was incorrectly packaged.Or is it a used watch? And what review can I write about your store? Sincerely an Unhappy customer. Photo attached.

I ordered a watch for delivery to Portugal, but after months of follow-up, the latest update is that it's stuck in customs. It's been three months without any further information. The company advised me to directly contact customs, providing a phone number that goes unanswered. I requested a refund a month ago, but since then, all communication from their side has ceased. In conclusion, there's a risk that shipments can get delayed indefinitely in customs, and the company does not assume responsibility to assist in resolving such issues.

Unethical business practices. Hidden 27% added cost than price displayed due to import tax duties and admin charges eg £37 on £134 watch.
Import tax detail hidden in small print elsewhere website which is against UK legislation. Needs to be clear on purchase.

Very poor customer service- phone number does not work and live chat/emails are copy paste responses.

I found shopping with Creationwatches very much to my satisfaction & I am happy with my purchase. The picture on your website doesn't do the watch justice- it looks much better for real & keeps perfect time so far. However one word of caution, I was stung for excise duty which I didn't expect. Customers should really be warned that this is at least a possibility when shipped from outside the EU. Having said that, I would have no hesitation in using creationwatches site again.

Tip for consumers:
This site is trustworthy and great value. But be careful of excise duty you could still be charged on delivery- not a whole lot- but just wasn't expected

My opinion of creationwatches has changed drastically since my previous review on this site 2 years ago when I gave them a very good rating.

My most recent order included two watches which were dispatched separately. I was invoiced for both watches with the first shipment, and then again for one watch with the second shipment which means that I've been overcharged on import duties by $40. I realized the possibility of this happening after receiving the first shipment and looking at the invoice but my email query raising my concerns was ignored. Ironically, CreationWatches.com customer care keep inviting customers to contact them with problems and queries; but when put to the test they become unhelpful, evasive, and even rude in their responses. I will not be buying from them again and I'll advise any potential customers to stay away from them.

I was really excited about receiving my new fossil watch. It took a fair while to come and I had to pay an additional £22 customs fees! This should have been made clearer at point of purchase. Even more annoyingly once I opened the box, whilst the watch looks great, it doesn't work as the battery is dead! Not happy or what I would expect from a brand new watch. Will not be buying from here again.

Also, the watch comes with one year of warranty you can take watch to any of the nearest service center or you can send us for repair.

I ve ordered a Seiko on January, package was lost, or stolen, before the french Postal service had it. I tried to contact creation watches, but the only answer I got is "we re taking this seriously, there is an investigation". Since then (4 months), no replacement watch or refund... Previous times I had confidence in this company as watches (3 times I bought orient) came quickly and were insured by PayPal in case of problems. I didn't need PayPal protection as watches arrived.

Edit: finally had a refund so changed the review to 3 stars as they are not responsible for loss of packet, but the time lost was very long

I finally have a refund after around 7 months of battling these guys. Moved from 1 to 2 stars.

About six months ago I placed an order with these guys. I had bought a watch in the past and received it promptly. This time around, they appeared to have used a cheaper postal service since it was a lower cost item and adjusted the delivery window accordingly. So I waited. After several weeks I got worried and contacted them. They told me, it's normal, keep waiting. After a couple of months they told me they were investigating. It's now been SIX MONTHS of waiting and I'll I get back is the same copy-and-paste responses from someone called Vanya asking me to wait. I demanded my order or refund. Same copy-and-paste response.

So be warned that if there are any complications with your order, these guys don't want to know about it - you're own your own.

I've stopped having any dealings with Creation Watches.

Some months ago i wrote a favorable review of the company. However, my most recent dealings with them have caused me to question their honesty. After 14 weeks of waiting and inquiring about the whereabouts of an order, and a number of replies in which they claimed to be waiting for the Singapore postal service to clear up the issue I twice asked for either refund or a replacement. No response.

I have no option but to regard this Singapore company as both unreliable and untrustworthy.

This company is selling broken watches. I just spend 160$ on one watch and also 100$ in the repairing shop. Guess how much they refunded me- 15$ I asked for full refund, and also I am not willing to send it back, I have payed custom for it( those money nobody can refund).
My advice, do not be tricked by prices, the quality is 0.

I bought watch yesterday but after I paid I my mind has changed and I wanted money return but they forcefully sell product why? No customer support. If any one buy watchs go and buy local market or other online store they are very bad never reply. Creations watches suck..

Horrible company! Don't waste your time or money. I placed an order two weeks ago and have yet to receive anything, But the money has been taken out of my bank account. Poor customer service. The don't reply to email or Facebook messenger. Phone numbers don't work. Dodgy! Stay away!

**Update**Ridiculous that I had to start a dispute with paypal and write a review to get action.

**Further update** After starting a dispute with paypal and writing this review I was giving a tracking number. I have been keeping an eye on the tracking number and it still in Singapore (not right for "express") I contacted DHL to be told the package hasn't been picked up to contact the supplier. So company is carrying on with their dodge ways.

It took over 3 weeks for my product to be delivered and when it was "delivered" I had to pay an extra £11 due to them not putting enough postage on the parcel.
Within the 4 weeks I was waiting for my parcel I emailed the customer service team 3 times, and request contact through the form online and received no response - nothing at all. Also tried the customer service phone line 6 times and nobody even answered the phone.
Parcel finally arrived and it was a plastic bag wrapped in duct tape.

Creation watches provided the option of free DHL shipping to my provided address in India, which I chose. Unfortunately after waiting for more than a month during which time I was always told by Creation Watches that my "watch will be delivered soon", nothing happened. Even DHL stopped responding mentioning a weird clause that my address is "not serviceable". I do not understand why they picked up the parcel at all if the address was "not serviceable". My request to refund my money was also not responded to by Creation Watches. Ultimately I had to complain to Paypal who ruled in my favour and permitted a full refund. I am yet to receive the money in my account, but I believe Paypal refunds take about 2 weeks time to show up on credit card accounts. However Creation Watches failed miserably. They have good watch collection at great price, but they cannot ship properly, so you might end up getting nothing.

I was immediately attracted to this Seiko watch by the price which even thought it would be shipped from Singapore that did not bother me. However, and it was probably my own fault I did not read the small print. My watch was subject to UK import tax so the end result was I got my timepiece just £6 cheaper than if I would have bought it in the UK and it took nearly a week to get to the UK rather than next day delivery!
However the watch duly arrived when anticipated and first impressions are favourable. I think Creation should make it known in big flashing lights on their home page that some purchases will be subject to import taxes where applicable, rather than hiding it in the small print, where to be honest no one rarely looks nowadays. This is very misleading and Creation should take responsibility for duping customers with their attractive cheap prices.

I do recommend. People from yhe company always were very and answered all my questions quickly. The only thing you will have to ponder is that depend where you are the watch can take more days than the site says, maybe because of the delivery company. The watch arrived with no damage.

I had a very bad experience with my order due the idiocity of DHL which they returned the parcel back after 2 days of sitting in a parcel shop.So my order was made on June and I got my parcel on September after resending it.I paid about 24 euros toll.The product came well packed and iam satisfied.Conclusion.Its not worth the wait and you don't get a better bargain from this shop because of the tolls.

I have bought a nice SEIKO SNK809. The watch is brand new and has come with its card all the papers. The final price considering the custom fees was the same as the average price you can find on the web.
