I purchased a vase along with a backup in case the first one was a bust. The vase had received got glowing reviews on the site. It looked like a disco ball! I attempted to obtain an RMA but they have Magic Jack and never answer their phone. They don't respond to e-mails either. I won't sign for the backup but I'm probably stuck with the disco ball.
