When purchasing items and you checkout, you are prompted to enter your card details then an error message appears. You think there is a technical problem so you try again... I did this 4 times and the money was taken from my account and items were never received. Having confirmed the transactions with the merchant, they confirm payment was taken but nor do they post your items or give you a refund! Pathetic customer service! Don't go there!
