The leadership at Cross County Savings Bank completely dropeed the ball when it came to addressing the significant and outdated policies that made every transaction a nightmare. I constantly felt a wave of anxiety dealing with their clueless staff who seemed more focused on following pointless rules than actually helping customers. It was like they were stuck in a different decade with no interest in improving or evolving. My concerns were met with indiffirence, and it was clear that nobody in charge cared to listen or make changes. Absolutely disappointing!
