I'm very satisfied with your company. Thank you for all you do. It would be nice to possibly get a discount for returning customers but I do understand the cost of running a business that would be my only suggestion.
I received the order on time and earlier than even expected once I placed the order. However, over half the order was wrong and at this point hoping that it will be corrected somehow. I ordered black based for our trophies and when received they were all white marble.
2 days after ordering I had the trophy in my hand and just in time for my grandsons last game. Nice trophy and I am sure he will be very excited. I would highly recommend you shopping from this company.
We ordered elsewhere for our family reunion 5 years ago and ordered again on 6/18 and they 'didn't get it' even though we got a reply for our order! Now we were scrambling at last minute and Crown awards saved us! Will never order anywhere else

Update: Item has arrived and it could not be any better than what I expected. The quality is there, the cleanliness of the trophy, the letters are perfect and I can't wait to unveil this thing. Definitely recommend this site for anybody looking for a custom trophy of any sort!
I did not receive all of my order. The accompanying medal holders paid for and need for a recognition reception so much I paid for priority mail were not included. It appears no way to get them in time. I was to receive a status text today which I have yet to see. What I received was excellent great quality and everything I could have hoped for

You need more than 40 space character space. I would have PAID more. But your service would NOT allow it. So your company lost out on earning more of my money. I still made a purchase anyway.If you noticed with the photo that I took and sent to your company. There was a "letter" misusing on the plaque and I called the same day telling the operator and she blamed ME. I had to decorate my plaque myself. Look at my plaque picture. When I use Vista Print... They put the photo on for you. Your company does NOT. You could provide more room for more lettering. And I was willing to PAY FOR IT. The operator tried to sell me Another plaque... NO WAY!
