Not sure why all the negative reviews. I've booked 5 cruises with them adn booked multiple cabins on three of those trips for my family. On my most recent booking (January 2019), I had to change the date. The CSR rep from Cruisesonly was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me rebook with NO fees! Their site is one of the best ways to quickly get pricing on any type of cruise you want to take. Definitely give them a try.

I booked my second cruise with them. I book early because they had a special on free gratuities. I did a chat because I didn't see it on the reservation. I was told sorry 😞. Would not make it right. I told them I would not book with them. They said ok.
I have booked 7 cruises with Cruises Only in the last few years. After completing the 5th, I was to be "Gold" status, entitled to a $250 + $75 onboard credit. Upon debarking, i noticed my cruise statement reflected only $100. When I returned home I contacted Cruises Only to receive the adjustment, even if it was on my upcoming trip. After waiting 2 wks for them to research it, I was told "the agent forgot to add the proper credit, nothing we can do". Send your business elsewhere, it's what I'm going to do.
I am not suggesting that the deals are not better from them than going directly to cruise line. The problem is once it is paid for you are DEAD to Them. Do not expect any customer service once the trip is paid for. I have never dealt with so many lies and misleading information, after 7 phone call the problem is still not resolved.
Do not book any tours thru their site or you will find more grief. This company operates under numerous different names. Buyer Beware 11/2023.

They sure do a lot of advertising when I notice that would give $200-300 for new clients the agent says that she check into it and never call me back. They charge me for cancelling my cruise. I ask if you get payed by the cruise ship why do charge proceeding fee and then charge me $100 to cancel when you false advertising there clients
Booked 5 cruises through this company. The last cruise booked we were promised all inclusive drinks, Wi-Fi, specialty restaurants and discount on all shore excursions. The agent completely lied. We received no extras and management said there was nothing they could do. Didn't offer an upgrade, or refund, or to look at another cruise. Nothing! They sadly have lost our business forever.
I had to cancel my cruise because of blood sugar problems. I'm type 2 Diabetic. I was going on the cruise on Sept 1 of this year. I bought the insurance that Cruises Only provided. Aon. What a crap company they are. I booked my cruise in early Aug and canceled mid Aug. I have sent them 4 doctors letters on there form I even UPS one to their Address. Cruises Only whats Up with that Company? I would fire that company and never use them Again. Here it is 9 /26 and I have not gotten my money back. They told me it would take about 2 weeks after they received the paperwork I sent them. I'm still waiting. Help me CRUISES ONLY! I have used Cruises only many times and had know complaints with them. But your Insurance carrier Sucks. Someone Please Help! AON is a scam to take your money. They owe me over 7,000.00 Dollars.
I had booked a cruise before with them and had no problems. This time was horrible. Our agent Kathi won't call us back. It has been three weeks since my first e-mail asking a question. We are trying to get our refund from Royal. Our agent knows that we had to cancel but since it's not money for her, she won't call us back. Your best bet is to deal directly with the cruise line directly.

I have booked over 20 cruises with CruisesOnly, but when one of my promised shore excursion credits never arrived there is absolutely no one who will do anything about it. I have called 4 times and written numerous e-mails. However, no one can solve the problem. What is worse, is they have a I don't care attitude about it.
Been waiting for a refund for months now. And after they said they would not charge me a $100 service fee they did as soon as I hung up the phone. Then because you booked with them the cruise line will not deal with any of your problems you have to go through cruises only. Would love to file a class action lawsuit against them. NEVER AGAIN! Avoid this company and book directly through the cruise line. The only thing they are good for is finding a cruise. Once you do that call the cruise line directly I can not stress this enough.

Spent hours on the phone registering and booking 5 rooms. The planner then did not book them. 3 days later the rooms were not available. Wouldn't give full refund so had to book the rooms separated. Called later and prepaid the gratuities for all 5 rooms. They didn't push that through. Didn't notify me. I had to go to customer service twice on the ship to straighten that out. Long lines with BS on a vacation when it should have been taken care of. Cancelled my CC because I'm not sure why they were taking my credit card numbers and not following through. The refund policy sucks and the planner made false promises. Stay away.
I'm surprised by many of these reviews here. My wife and I have booked through CruisesOnly a few times and had nothing but positive experiences. They always honor the cruise line's offer - we've booked with Norwegian and royal caribbean - and give us additional offers that the cruise lines don't.
Have done 80 cruises and first time booking with CruisesOnly. Also, first time having to pay a processing fee. Insurance offered was Travel Insured International. Don't purchase that insurance - company difficult to work with and difficult to talk with a person. I filed a claim in January, 2020 and here it is August and I have yet to get resolution. Now, I checked the status of my claim online and am told number or last name doesn't exist. If you buy travel insurance, buy Allianz.
I don't mind paying a $24.99 booking fee for good quality service. However, even though Royal Caribbean gave us a full refund for cancelling due to COVID-19, CruisesOnly charged a $100 cancellation fee! So, $124.99 in fees to CruisesOnly for a cancelled cruise. Ugh. Next time I'll just book direct with the cruise line.

The so called "Travel Pros" have 1 (one) job, get your 1st payment. After that, you can call all day and leave all the messages you want, no call backs. The push you over to a customer service agent that just don't care, that the agent that took the money, doesn't call anyone back. The company seems to promote this behavior, and why not? The commissions are in the bank. If you cancel for Covid, that cost 100.00, even though you can not go? Covid Tax! They line their pockets, don't call back or you hold for hours just to hear, their keeping your money and adding insult to injury, they add on the 100 dollar cancellation fee. Call your State Attorney General, National Leisure owns all these websites, cruises only, cruises.com, cheap cruises, and so on.

I booked a cruise out of NY to Bermuda with cruisesonly.com. My boyfriend did some research and found the same cruise for $700 less than what cruisesonly offered. I called cruisesonly to see if they would match the price because they supposedly have a 110% guarantee for lowest price. Well that's a crock of lies because our request was denied for the price of the other cruise not being readily available, which was not true. I decided to cancel and was promptly charged $100 plus the $50 I was originally charged for a processing fee. They will nickel and dime and don't actually care about offering a good customer experience. Do yourself a favor and book through a site that doesn't try to charge tons of fees.
I reserved a cruise and paid the $25 processing fee but when I had to cancel, I was informed I had to pay an additional $100 cancellation fee. It was the first I heard of it so they explained it was in the terms and conditions which, of course, I agreed to without reading. Even a supervisor would not waive the fee. I'll never book with them again!

After mishandling our reservation to begin with, we were finally happy to just be booked and ready to go on vacation. Little did we know that without ANY explanation, Cruises Only was going to email us that they were changing our vacation itinerary around on us again. This is the worse I hae ever seen.
Call the tool free number to get help or get answers, and sit on the line for upwards of literally 3 hours each day ( called 3 days in a row to try to reach anyone at all) and then I get Tammi, who is in a chromic level bad mood herself. Nasty attitude, crass responses, cold manner and absolutely rude in everything she cut me off to say today. I would NOT book anything trough this company again. Zero concern or customer service once they have taken your money. No resolution and no apologies for a ruined trip. 0 stars.
The offers you see only are not the offers you will get. They gave me three offers when booking online. They refuse to honor the $50.00 onboard spending. Over $4000.00 cruise for 2 people and they couldn't care less. Do not I mean don't ever book with them. Book directly with the cruise line. They have lost us as customers.

Save yourself the time, trouble and angst and $$$$ and don't even deal with this company. Charged the wrong credit card for one fee. Then double charged the cruise fee. Said their records didn't show that--well, that's just another real big red flag isn't it? My credit card company is the one who notified me of the duplicate charge. An hour on the phone with Cruises Only while they deny, deny, deny and say it looks like only one charge on their side, I'll have to prove it. Treat me like I'm the one doing something wrong. Now my concern is that when the duplicate gets reversed, these incompentent folks will probably cancel the cruise saying it wasn't paid. Run the other way before you even think about using Cruises Only. They should not be in business!
I have dealt with many representatives with cruisesonly.com and I am finding that they are not willing to do their job. One agent cursed me out but didn't realize that she didn't have her mute button on. She was basically upset that I asked for her helped in ding the best cabin for my family of 5. This same agent quoted me a great price for my new cabin, but when she sent me the invoice it was $400 more. I spoke with a second agent to find out why there was a price different, and she told me that she didn't see any notes on the changes and to call back in 3 min and speak with a different agent. She repeated stated "any agent can assist you" as if she didn't want to be the one to help me.
We had to cancel our upcoming cruise due to Covid 19. Cruises only charged us $100 per cabin to cancel. We had 4 cabins booked. This cancellation was not our fault, nor did we want to do it, but were forced to due to Royal Caribbean policies. Royal Caribbean even offers a 100% refund. I will never recommend Cruises Only. A world wide pandemic is going on and Cruises only feels it is necessary to steal money from it's customers. #cruisesonly shame on you.
