🚨 Cryptomus.com - Scam Alert: Wallet Mismatch on Official Invoice Payment
I was scammed by Cryptomus after paying a legitimate invoice via Regxa.com, their integrated payment partner. I selected TRX (Tron) as the payment method, and was redirected to a payment page hosted on Cryptomus (format: pay.cryptomus.com/pay/...). I copied the wallet address shown and sent the full amount (plus extra for network fees).
My transaction was successfully broadcast on the Tron blockchain.
However, Cryptomus later claimed the wallet address "does not belong to our system" and suggested there might be malware on my device.
This is absurd — my device is clean, Windows 10 fully updated, and every other crypto transaction before and after this has worked flawlessly. This means either:
Cryptomus system showed a wrong (possibly compromised) address
Or their platform is not secure
Despite providing transaction hash, full explanation, and even screenshot proof, Cryptomus.com refused to refund or investigate properly. Support gave robotic replies and closed the ticket without resolution.
🔴 I lost my funds through a flaw or scam inside their system.
I strongly advise against trusting this platform with any crypto transaction.
