I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the terrible service I've received from Cult Beauty. Over a month ago, I placed an order that never arrived. It feels like my parcel was either stolen or never sent at all. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was left waiting for an entire month before Cult Beauty finally responded, only to demand a police report from me. After jumping through hoops to provide the report, I was shocked when they decided, without consulting me, to send a replacement. This is completely unacceptable. After waiting over a month and having already purchased the products elsewhere, I wanted a refund, not a replacement. Their decision to send a replacement without considering my preference shows a total lack of respect for me as a customer. The customer service experience has been nothing short of infuriating. They have been unhelpful, dismissive, and completely ineffective. The way they handled my situation has made it clear that they do not value their customers. I will never use Cult Beauty again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Cult Beauty's service is horrendous, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Avoid Cult Beauty at all costs!
When I received my cc statement I was charged double for items that were over-priced to begin with THEN nailed again with a fed ex charge... stay away from this outfit
Scam website. Fake reviews it would seem - I Wish I had checked properly before ordering - just reading the reviews you can see they are bot generated. I am visiting the UK, and didn't check it properly due to being in a high state of stress at the moment...I just saw the reviews and thought it was legit. OH DEAR.
I tried to cancel the X2 orders I have place, both within 24hours since ordering, as no proper emails have been received to indicate delivery times, order confirmation, etc, and after reading all the reviews about fake products and bad service - I have a sinking feeling. I know my rights, and wanted to exercise them.
This request to cancel is in line with UK consumer rights under the UK distance selling laws for online purchases; unfortunately cult beauty have refused to cancel the orders as they state it must be done within one hour of ordering - even though the law states it is 7 working days from placing the order.
They refuse to provide any email or other contact for my follow up, and, even thought the x2 orders placed have not been 'processed' they continue to refuse ton cancel them.
I doubt I will get these items. They are breaking the law,, and refused to accept this fact.
I will contact the bank and seek their assistance in refunding the money, showing them snapshots of the live chat we had, complete with emails/time stamps and fake reviews etc. TRUST PILOT? Maybe not...bot paradise.

I had the worst first experience E V E R! My parcel got lost the first time and the second attempt arrived but super delayed. Never purchasing from them again
I placed the order on 5th of October and was waiting for it for 1 month, but never arrived! Then I requested for refund (about 300 aed) so I received the email from them that its been processed and take 10 days... Those money never back to my account so I wrote them in Instagram and they mentioned that they send my request to finance team and update me once receive an answer from them. After 2 weeks again I texted them, but as a robot they started to ask my details again. Their live chat stopped working and there is no proper communication. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU NEVER SEE ITEM AND LOOSE THE MONEY! ITS 3RD MONTHS IM TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND SEEMS THERE IS NO CHANCE!

Living in Germany means you won't get everything you want, especially when it comes to makeup. I could order from the US, but then I would need to pay tax. Enter CULT BEAUTY! I first discover cult beauty because I was desperate for certain makeup item and I could only find it on there and I ordered a few, I didn't need to pay shipping (over 40 Pound spending gets you free shipping). At first I struggled with their courier, it took them a week to reach me but I was just glad I didn't need to pay tax (this is before Brexit) but I can't comment how it's going to be after hard Brexit. I might have to stop shopping there. But anyway, their customer service is awesome. Everytime I email them, they always answer and are always helpful. I even contacted them about a foundation shade! They helped me as much as they could and I am just grateful. Thanks CULTBEAUTY :) P.s. I wish you could be more like Sephora when it comes to returns and exchanges. I couldn't return once I've opened the goods. You need to understand that buying makeup online is hard enough and if a colour or product doesn't suit me. I would like to return or exchange.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I placed an order with them and never received it. They said that it was reshipped but conveniently it was never shipped either. They will not refund your money even if you don't receive your products.
I ordered the Cult Beauty advent calendar when it was released on 14 October and have yet to receive it. The estimated delivery date was 16-17 October, but the Hermes tracking information stopped updating on 16 October 2021.
I contacted the customer service team on 18 October and was advised on 19 October that this was being investigated and I would receive a further update/resolution in 3-5 working days. I didnt. So, I chased this up on 27 October and was further advised to wait to be contacted via email as this was still being looked into.
It's not reasonable to ask a customer who's account has been debited over £200 to just wait to be contacted, so I asked for more information as to what is going on with my order and was further advised that they needed to raise this with the financial team and again wait to be contacted via email.
I can't understand why I can't be provided with an sufficient explanation? So, I queried this yet again with customer services and was then told it's actually been passed across to the courier team to investigate.
It's disgusting to be kept in the dark as to what is going on with my order. I was really excited to order this and now I wish that I hadnt bothered.

Since they've been taken over by the Hut Group. They're customer service is non existent. I've been a customer of theirs for years. And they have gone completely southbound.

I am incredibly disappointed. I am visiting the Netherlands and ordered a gift for my friend, and I let them ship it to my sister in the Netherlands as I was not sure it would make it in time for my departure.
I was tracking the package when I noticed that it had been stuck in the distribution centre for six days, which seemed odd to me. I often order from the UK to Germany and never had this happened. I was not so much bothered with the later delivery as I had planned this in, but when I sent Cult Beauty an email, they brushed it off as "normal", "they had seen it before", and "everything was fine".
They also mentioned that my order was still within the delivery timeframe (5-15 business days). It would be great if they can update their website information, as it is stated that their standard delivery is between 2-8 business days https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/help-centre/shipping-and-returns
End of story: Monday I checked again, and it stated that my package was delivered... well, no one received anything. I sent them an email to inform them, and I told them that no one had received anything, that we asked the neighbours, checked the mailbox (there was no slip from the transport company that we were not home and it was delivered somewhere else). I also mentioned that now time was becoming an issue, and it would be great if they could help out before I had to go back to Germany.
They responded that I needed to confirm pretty much everything that I had mentioned already in my first email. I have to print everything out and sign with a pen - I am visiting, have no access to a printer, will leave soon - and paid for a gift that I probably will not be able to hand over personally. Which really sucks.
I would recommend Cult Beauty to get their customer service right. If you or your transport company fails to deliver something, and honestly: I did give a heads up that there was something off already, your client should not be the one running the extra mile. It should be you.
No, I don't want my money back, no I will not order anything ever again from them, and yes, I would discourage anyone to spend money here. Find a business that values you as a customer and spend your money there. Meanwhile I have been doing some research and there are other companies selling (and delivering to Europe) that pretty much sell the same products - I am not sharing the name here as I don't want any suspicion that this review is fake. Google it, and try it at another company, it might save you some peace of mind (and money reading some other reviews).

I ordered a birthday present for a friend in Germany. A few days later I received a tracking number and DHL informed me that the order was to be delivered a day before her birthday, on July 7 2017.
And then the nightmare began. DHL sent an automated message on July 8 that the order would be returned to cult beauty. So I emailed DHL and asked what the problem was. They answered the address on the parcel was wrong, half of the street name was missing and it was send to Neidenstein, a town in Germany I never heard of, my friend lives in Frankfurt. I entered her address correctly when I placed the order, I checked.
On July 12 I emailed cult beauty customer service. They told me they would resend the order as soon as it arrives at their warehouse.
On July 20 I asked for updates concerning my order. Customer service replied on July 21 they would still wait for the parcel to arrive at their warehouse and would contact me immediately to confirm reshipping.
On AUGUST 15 I wrote again. According to the Trakpak tracking number the parcel was delivered on July 20. When I confronted customer service with the delivery status they answered the delivery status was wrong and they had still not received the parcel. I call bs.
I feel scammed. The order is paid for and I entered the correct shipping address and emailed it twice more to customer service. There was no error on my side except ordering from this company. I strongly advise not to order from their website! If you want to burn your money find a better way to do it.
Even if (and that's a big IF) they manage to send the order again it might at this rate arrive just in time for my friend's birthday... next year.
