I loved Curadebt's personal approach and having 1 representative who took the time to talk with me on several occasions. They provided several 'comparison' documents, and seem honest and trustworthy.

The only thing I didn't like is that when I asked for averages and percentages, this was avoided. I could never get a solid answer.

To be honest, the process, with regards to information, explanation, and even consideration, I feel that Curadebt took very good care of me. Allan, my initial contact was very helpful getting me enrolled. However, I do think that it is extremely premature for me to give an accurate assessment of how effective you have been with regards to taking care of me pertaining to my debt issues. But again, I certainly appreciate you so far...

Jeremy is a wonderful person to do business with. He is very knowledgeable and explains in detail how the program works. I felt completely at ease talking to him and felt confident that he would take care of any problems I have in dealing with my creditors.

I have had a very positive experience with Curadebt. Mr. James Freeman has been my debt counselor and is very knowledgeable and honest regarding the help Curadebt can provide. He has really gone above and beyond to help me, staying in touch throughout the process but not being pushy and overwhelming. I've also appreciated the legal help provided with this company. Again, they stay in contact and make sure I'm not being hassled by the debtors. If you are able to request a specific counselor, I highly recommend Mr Freeman.

He put my mind at ease even though I am going through a very stressful time right now and that is much appreciated. He did not pressure me and I felt like he actually cared about my situation and not just the financial aspect of making the sale. That's refreshing these days. Just started this program. Trying to breathe right now. Worked with Gloria. She is very nice and helpful. I am just very nervous about everthing. So far things have been going smoothly. I have just send over all the paperwork needed to finish up my account. Now just to wait. Hopefully things go well. I am just happy to have someone to help me! I will update you on my progress. Praying I can finally move forward and re-claim my financial life.

As I said, I feel the interest was a little high for an older person like myself. I really needed a boost and a lesser interest would have suited me better.
