The dress I purchased looked beautiful in the picture, but is nothing more than a knee length tee shirt.

The pants arrived. It took a while as the product is from China. But the pants look nothing like the photo and were ill fitting. Won't purchase again.

Package did not arrive when stated. No communication for its arrival or opportunity to return. Want to return- no clue how to contact company as they don't communicate.

Overall it was good but many items were out of stock after I placed my order. Of the original 4 items I ordered, only 1 was available. The others had to be replaced with items in stock.

I ordered this shirt expecting it to be delivered pretty quickly based on the cost of shipping. Well, you may as well be planning on waiting a while because it's not going to get to you quickly!

Not very smooth I saw the jeans, loved them and by now since you emailed me saying you issued a refund I would have got it by now. Where is it. This is very poor customer service.

My purchase was shipped very quickly.Sorry to say I didn't like the way it fit, so I did return it.
The return was very easy. I was pleased with the how things went.

The shirt I ordered although it was pretty and good material had a bad pattern, the long hair on the model hid the fact that lots of material bunched up between the arm hole and the neckline.

The dresses run small. I normally wear a size 14 and X large is too small. Otherwise I would've been happy with the dresses. The only other issue is it took a long time to receive them.

Never again...am waiting for my refund...had to follow up with my order numerous times...also 2 mistakes on the first order I did receive...shouldn't have ordered the second time

I am keeping the tops, and eventhough a bit large, I can make the necessary adjustments to size it down, especially in the waist area. Overall nice material.

Trying to return thrse items, but, can't seem to get in contact with anyone to find out how to do it. Returning something should not be this difficult.

It would be helpful if,in the description,it would say if the product is oversized or true to size. The pictures usually only show the front so impossible to see how it fits over hips.

I was hesitant to order from a company I had no experience with. My order was quickly fulfilled and shipped. The shipping process although more timely was fine. The company kept me updated daily.

I appreciate the quick delivery but the size is way off. I seldom have any issue with size but I could hold these up & tell there was no way they were sized correctly.

Material is cheap and picture is misleading, even the colour was not right, I ordered beige and it came in light pink. Your product is misleading and won't be buying from your company again.

The products delivered were of so much cheaper material than what looks to be a linen in the pictures. Rather than being a cool cloth, the polyester type material is ridiculously hot to wear.
