Pact is dedicated to organic cotton--healthy for people and the Earth. It has grown from simple underwear offerings to stylish, comfortable casual clothing for the whole family. Lots of special sales, free (and fast!) shipping, and Pact even takes back worn out clothes! Highly ethical.
NOT throwaway fashion with excesses deposited in landfill.

I have been buying from Pact for over a year now. Everything I have ordered has been fantastic. High quality organic cotton. I have had to return items in the past because of fit or sizing, and it was no problem at all. Prompt refund, no games. I highly recommend this company.
Their clothes are good quality. They ship quickly, with eco friendly packaging. It's mostly leisure clothes, undies, socks, and pajamas. They sell out too fast, and don't always have all sizes in stock.
I ordered a couple of things from Pact and was pleased. Then I ordered a pair of leggings that must have been defective, as they ripped apart at a seam after two wearings. They actually came apart as I was preparing to put them on! But I get it, flawed merchandise happens, so I returned them and they ignored the return completely. No refund or response. They seem to ship things to you relatively fast, but after that you are on your own.

I really liked the clothes I found pictured on Pact. The dress I bought is very nice, good fit, good color. Shipping was very fast. I would definitely consider buying again.
The customer service is insanely abusive and to return products you cannot just go to the USPS like every other company. You have to drive all over to find the return location, wasting time and gas. Then after packaging carefully in original packaging, you have to take it all out of the box so they put each individual returned item inside of its own PLASTIC BAG while all of your careful packaging goes into a land fill. WHY SO MUCH WASTE? Their website is glitchy so often when you make orders you will not get the discount that was advertised, and they will not honor the discount even if you call them immediately on the phone. The order form has an option to edit your email address but when you try to do that it erases information on your order and causes huge problems for the customer. So you have to return everything and try over and over until you just stop being their customer. It is truly sad for me to see an "environmental company" act like this. The customer service rep Lori literally called me "stupid" and said that I was lying and that I was a scammer when nothing could be further from the truth. It has been a hurtful and stressful experience and we don't ever want to go through that again. Furthermore, the material on some of their clothing is so incredibly thin (not all) that it disintegrates in the wash. I was such a devoted customer because of the "organic" claims, that I never returned the poorly made clothing, and I just used them for rags to clean the windows. They should seriously overhaul their website, record customer rep conversations, and stop the green-washing scams. At this point, I wonder if the clothes are actually organic because unlike USDA organic certification with food, there is no certifcation that is reliable for clothing. I have lost faith that these people are trustworthy.
Tip for consumers:
I would simply avoid this company and shop elsewhere, sadly. They obviously do not care about their customer nor the environment. This is just more green-washing and it make me so very sad that I have been fooled for so long.

TLDR: We're sleeping on a bare mattress till we can get some sustainable sheets from a competitor because Pact couldn't be bothered to, at the very least, profusely apologize for its error (quietly canceling our order) or try to fix it. I'm incredibly disappointed in its customer service and even MORE disappointed that this experience was so negative--I really wanted to love this place.
Shortly before a move to a new house, I ordered some Pact bedsheets for our new mattress, in addition to a couple of other items. The website gave me an estimated arrival date that was within our range for moving, and we received an email stating that the order had been placed. We did NOT receive a tracking email, which I only realized a couple of days later when I tried to check in on the order. When we inquired about the missing tracking number with Pact's customer service and requested to change the address if the order would be delayed further (and had, for some reason, not been sent yet), we were put on hold for a couple of days via email and then told "This was closed due to the fact that they could not fulfill the order when they went to pack this. You have not been charged."
We received no indication that the order had been cancelled, at all. When I called customer service to let them know there was evidently a bug in their system, the woman I spoke with said, "It looks like there was one item not available..." and then immediately changed tack and tried to gaslight me: "It was just an estimated delivery date, so you didn't leave enough time for delivery" (nothing to do with the order being cancelled without our knowledge), "You must have been told the order didn't go through" (we weren't), "It looks like the shipping address and billing address are in different states--where were you moving?" (?), "You should speak to your credit card company about the fact that it was declined" (it wasn't--the bank had no problem with Pact the single time I ordered from them before, and it is fully aware of the address I wanted this shipped to).
