Part of the order was out of stock and never shipped. One dress ran small and did not fit. I need to return it. The other one fit. I ordered the same size in both dresses.
Service is very good. My only issue is that if you enter a size and a color but change your color, it defaults to a size small. Maybe everyone else catches that, but I did not.
The delivery is not on the date it was supposed to be. The tracking system is a mess. There's not a way to contact costumer service

The prices are high and the quality is low. I would ask for a refund but then I would spend even more money retuning the product and the wait to get a credit would be even longer.
I want to return this item but no one will respond to my THREE requests to receive return instructions, even though that is your policy to email you to get the instructions, yet it is supposed to be returned in 30 days. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY REQUESTS!

It took a little longer to get my merchandise than I was told. I find the sizes run a little bit big but I I love everything so far that I have bought.

Cannot get full refund if you return. I would have to return all 4 items and pay the shipping. Too bad, because they are all what I would want, if they were wearable.
Paid $23.99 for expedited shipping and the process took 21 days! It arrived after the event and was very thin, see through, and not as expected after the long wait and expensive costs.

This company is a SCAM. Yes I should have read the reviews. Here is how it works:
1st they take your payment.
2nd if they don't have the size you ordered they seem to send what
ever they have in stock.
3rd they wait 5-7days to ship it.
4th if you want to call customer service, Give Up. They have no #
5th If you email to return, wait 3-5 days for a response
6th They will recommend you take an $8 instead (shipping costs?)
7th They will advise you to follow return procedures WHICH DO NOT EXIST, no address, nothing except a bold notice NOT to return it to their NY billing address
8th They wait. The month will run out on your return window. Ha Ha
It took longer than I thought to get here, but I'm satisfied with it

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
