Curvedream has been responsive to the refund request to this point. Now that the return item has been delivered, I will see if their customer service continues to be prompt.
Very communicative with shipping delays, etc. Was nice that my order wasn't lost and there was no need to bug on status with the email updates. That was nice for a change.
I have been sending Curvedream constantly Emails that I NEVER received any of my items that I purchased through Klarna on April 29th. That was when my first payment was withdrawn from my account. And still no response with today's date being June 3rd 2023

Usual IT bother but could have been worse.
The package had no note and the return address was one associated with scams.
I did not receive TRACKING/SHIPPING information on my package and it took a very long time in arriving. Received 15 Aug. 2022. The order form was not straight forward.
I have ordered twice from curve dream, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the items I bought(2 blouses and 2 leggings) I will definitely order again.
I found it easy to navigate the shopping site and it took about two weeks to receive... I wasn't disappointed with any of my shopping or item experience.
Everything as to be retouched, way too long. The colors are beautiful, the quality is good, and the delivery told a long time, not worth the US dollars

Poor quality for the price. The colors were off. Nailer thin, and not as it was represented in the website pics. I would not order from this website or company again in the future

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
