I have been trying for over a week to return items that I recieved that DO NOT fit me! I keep getting emails telling me the return policy and telling me not to return to addresss on package. HOWEVER, nobody will answer my email and give me an address where I CAN return the items!
THIS WILL BE THE VERY LAST TIME I EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Clothing does not look like the pictures. Poor quality of fabric. Poor return policy. Will not be ordering again

Shopping easy. Got my pkg but very disappointed. Top was very very large as were the pants. Loved coloring of top but solo large. Leggings cute but also large. Will be sending them back.
Good only hope they are exactly like pictures.
It states sweatshirts but its not sweat$#*! material. Wrinkles do not come out even with a warm iron. Proof of purchase you never get a packingslip let alone no notice tgats its out of stock.
The size was smaller than expected, not true to size. That was a bit disappointing. It is very pretty.
The 3 shirts I purchased are too small and I got the 3X size. I can wear a 2X but prefer room of a 3X. The sweaters are NOT sweaters. I for one will no longer buy from this company.

Customer Service responded quickly to my emails but would have liked an option to call them in person.
Not at all what was shown on pictures! Very misleading! And some garment are totally wrong sized.

Have not received the dress I ordered. Shipping was promised within 7-15 days and it has been 6 weeks! No dress.
The shipping info was somewhat confusing and sparse. I didn't like the fit and fabric of the clothing that I received.
Worse ever i paid 7.00 to send a shirt back that wasn't what I ordered. If it was my mistake I wouldn't mind paying but it wasn't. That was a terrible looking shirt compared to what I ordered

Very easy to choose pay for and arrived timely. The material is of good quality, that I will wear in years to come
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
