The rope was so cute online. Received it and threw it in the trash. It looked NOTHING like the online photo.
I received my order but it didn't fit. I tried to get in touch with you but you didn't accept my email and your phone number was bogus. I would like to return it and receive my money back. Please tell me how to do that!
Easy to navigate thru the site. I ordered 5 items, and received 4. I had to email them and ask about the item that did not come and they said that it was out of stock. If I hadn't said anything about this, I wonder if they would have told me why it wasn't included with the order I received. The problem is not resolved yet, as I asked for them to cancel the one that did not come, and to give me the address of where to send the other items, because they were too large, and to give me a refund of my purchase.
I placed an order on 12/3/24 for a Christmas gift. An email was sent stating that I would be notified when shipped. I was never notified, so I contacted the company. On 12/23/24 I was notified that the item was out of stock. This was poor service and I will never order from them again. Irl requested a full refund as son as possible.

I made an online purchase and days later received and email they were out of stock. The email gave me a choice to cancel the order or wait and I just cancelled as it was a gift for someone. Almost a month later, still waiting on a refund.

I purchased a product from CurveDream. It was not as advertised and I tried to return it via the email they gave. After many days, I finally got a response, saying I could return it at my own cost or receive $11 and keep the product. They did not give an address to the return the product so that I could determine whether it would make sense to return it versus getting the $11. I am still waiting for that answer. CurveDream turns out to be a nightmare.
I've been waiting over 30 days and order still not here. I can't call anyone and won't order from you again. I'll contact credit card to reverse the transaction.

In January, I ordered 4 blouses from CurveDream. Information on the site indicated that orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. However, after 4 weeks without receiving any notification about my order, I sent an email to the link provided. I received a response that my order is "on its way", but if I didn't get my items in the next 24 to 48 hrs. I should send another email. I didn't get my order after waiting 48 hrs. When I sent another email, I was told that 3 of the blouses I ordered were not in stock. Only 1 blouse was on its way to be delivered. I requested a cancellation of the order for the other 3 blouses and a refund. It was not worth it for me to wait over a month only for me to get one blouse. If I did not send the inquiring emails, would CurveDream just let me order go in limbo? I believe I only got the one blouse because I checked-up on the order, and not get any update on the status of my order, nor my money back.
The merchandise I ordered was beautiful. Unfortunately, the size Small was extremely large. I'm 5 ft. Tall and weigh 110 lbs. Too bad Curvedream doesn't come in petite sizes. I gave Curvedream a bad review because trying to return it for credit was a nightmare. I sent countless emails asking for a return label or address to which the merchandise should be mailed. I finally had to resort to turning the matter over to my credit card company by refusing to pay for the product because Curvedream was not responding to my many emails. That's when they finally responded but failed to give me an address. The matter has finally been resolved, I think. I'll find out when I get my next credit card statement to see if I got the refund that was promiosed.
I ordered a blouse with sparkle as per the picture, but when I received the blouse the sparkle was not on the item at all it was a very dull print. It looked nothing like the image on the website. Pros- The item did come in a timely manner and it was easy to order. Cons- most of the images are prints. Review the item carefully. I will give this away to charity.
Ordered merchandise and it was too small. Asked to return it and after multiple emails they wanted to give me a $13 credit and I keep the merchandise. I said NO. Again after multiple attempts they finally reached out with a $22 credit. Ci took it because this company is a scam. I have yet to receive the $22 credit.

My order/s were very slow to arrive. They did not come with instructions for return or exchanges
I do think that the items are very well made and the fabrics were nice.
I made a mistake buying from this company. They lied about when it would arrive, and I was shopping for a specific travel date far in the future. They were not even close. Then when I wanted to return the item that arrived 2 weeks late from China (not the US), they said I had to pay the cost of shipping it back to them at some different address that they don't send you until they bribe you to not return. The real reviews were not posted.

I ordered item on 1/14 for a gift, sent to a different address. The tracking indicated it went towards wrong address, maybe min, and then was sent back to warehouse on 1/26. I have sent to emails asking where item is, still requesting it be sent to correct address. No response since.

You sent 2 jackets! I ordered one! They are too small! I have tried to contact you to return them! You say I can't return them to the address that says they were sent from in California!

Item had no sequins whereas the picture on line made it appear to be sparkly and have sequins. Was only a printed design on fabric. Will be returning.

I sent 6 or 7 emails requesting Curve Dream provide me with their return address so I could make a single return. They will not respond. The 30 day window for returns is nearing and still no return address is provided. On 1-9-25 it will be the end of the 30 day window. Do you think they are waiting...dah!
The photo does not represent the actual product. The photo shows a top that is embroidered but what is really on the blouse is just printed.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
