I wish I could give 3/5 stars, because I've had hit-or-miss experiences with this site. The embroidery is a little thin for my taste and the letters tend to bend when put on thinner fabric. I have also had issues with the actual quality of the embroidery. On one set I ordered for someone else the letters were pretty badly misaligned, and on another set it seemed the threads had not been set up properly and there were different color threads poking out of the letters. I would suggest checking out a different company for your letters.
