Absolutely sub standard product. Blurred image. Low quality for price. Spots of printing ink on white material. Not true to size. Definitely not worth the price charged. Impossible to get a refund even though the product is not a custom design.

I ordered an Eagles t-shirt a month ago... received one email stating they had it on back order due to high demand... nothing else from them, but they sure did steal my money for the shirt! Horrible service... has anyone reported this company?

I bought a large tee shirt from them that first time, was lost on the mail. The replacement "Large" was so small, my wife couldn't even get it on. See size comparison and print quality. They won't fully refund either, even though shipping is basic and not expedited, leaving $10 in charges to you for shipping. This print will fade in less than 6 months with normal wear and tear.

Ordered custom picture of mother and daughter, print eventually arrived with a partially BALD head! Customer service said not their error (wtaf) and told me to colour it in with a pen! Cost a small fortune! This site should be shut down! SCAM

Buyer Beware! Do not order from this company! Unfortunately I did and after 4 months the design wore off and is unreadable. I contacted the company to let them know my issue and see if I received a bad batch of shirts. They said they understand my disappointment, but it is out of their return time frame and wont look into the issue any further. A $35 dollar shirt should last longer than 4 months! Im not only disappointed in the response I received, but also the company and how they dont stand behind their merchandise. Do not waste your money and make the same mistake I did in ordering from here.

Ordered a T-shirt and never received a confirmation email. Nothing. Money was withdrawn from my account. Still have no shirt. Called phone number on bank statement, on hold for 10 minutes then cuts me off... Sent an email. No reply. RIP OFF! Connected to this company on Facebook.

Do not order from this company! I ordered over $120 worth of products for my daughter's Birthday and only received one broken w off center print. I never received a confirmation email and tired in vain to contact them for a refund! I learned my lesson to now look into a company (especially if found on Facebook) prior to purchase!

The customer service team told me I was $#*! out of luck one refund when the onezie I bought was printed wrong and won't let me return it. The mama is missing on the shirt where it's supposed to say "before my mama beats yo a**". Extremely disappointed in the whole item and experience.

I did not receive the t-shirt i ordered from June 28. It's already August what the heck! I will never order from this com anymore! No star deserved but it won't submit review unless you click any star.

I ordered from 999tee.com which is yet another name that customteesales uses. You may as well take $36 and light a match to it. The printing (Steelers Tee) was blurry and the shirt smelled so bad. The support website doesn't even exist for 999tee.com. When I finally got through to someone via phone they had me send a picture and they pretty much said well now we have proof you got the shirt. No satisfaction. I guess they will just keep using other names to con people!

This is a scummy company owned by Vietnamese national Trung Nguyen Quang that sells non-licensed crap. It looks like they do it all over the world. They dont seem to ship your product (which is illegal and unauthorized anyway) and its bad quality.

Google their phone number and you will find them scamming people all over the place. *******840

The phone number shows up for many different "companies."
Ordered a shirt from ivartee, who advertised on fb.
They emailed on Sept 6 saying it shipped.
Tracking on post office site says they don't have it.
Tracking on ivartee.com says the order number from their own email is a bad number.
Multiple emails unanswered.
Called, waited on hold for ten minutes, then got a message saying they're all busy and to call later, and then it hung up.
I'm calling the attorney general and reporting fraud, and I'm reversing the charge on my credit card.

Bought the Keith Richards "Kanye West, never heard of her" t-shirt. Looked good, solid tshirt, but faded out the first time I washed it. Tried to email, call on phone; no response! Should have looked here first!

I ordered what appeared to be a bling t-shirt, but when received, it was only a screen print and was also not aligned on shirt correctly. The screen print is very dull and not even as vibrant as the image it supposedly portrayed. Unwilling to refund, because they said I received what was ordered. I wish I would have seen this site sooner. Very disappointed. Would like to give it "no" stars up top.

Do not order from them. I've ordered 5 t shirts. Took 2 months to receive 2 of them after dispute through PayPal. Still waiting on rest. Worst customer service I've ever had. I will not be ordering from them ever again!

I never write reviews but feel I needed to with this company. I never received my Fathers Day shirt that I ordered, nor did I get an email response to my inquiry. Just took my money. I am extremely disappointed and wish I would have read the reviews first :(

I ordered a t-shirt and once received the shirt was poor material and stiff, the graphic was dull and dirty looking. I tried contacting them via email with no response. I Called them numerous times to only get a recording saying all agents are busy call back later. I'm sure they are busy with all the unhappy customers. I finally got a hold of an agent where she stated they needed to contact the graphic department to see what the issue was and they would get back to me. It has been 5 days and no contact and again I cant get get thru to an agent. I am so frustrated and I guess had higher expectations thinking this was USA companyand especially that I paid 30.00 for a T-Shirt. Buyers BEWARE!

Do not buy from this company. Badly made, improperly sized. Guarantee you will not be happy. And they will not reimburse your cost of the return even though they will be completely at fault for order.

I immediately cancel my order after placing it when I realized it was a scam. I received a email back and was told that production had already started and they could not cancel any order. They are not willing to answer the phone, they have not been willing to work with me in any way. Do not deal with this company they are a scam. I cannot find them on Facebook I cannot find them on Google the people they have representing them as customers don't exist. Could not be more dissatisfied. However I have contacted my bank and hope my bank will get this taken care of before charges.

I ordered a 2pac adidas t-shirt as on there site it looked amazing quality.
When it arrives its a fake counterfeit item, print is awful and the colour on the t-shirt is all off.
I paid around £42 GBP for this with postage costs, its worth around £2.99 maximum!
Messaged them and ignoring my messages and when do get back to me are telling me to send photos of the item to them via a link they sent me.
When I click the link to send the photos, nothing happens! Avoid!

2 months later all I have received is an email claiming my item shipped, but no item, and not one single email from a living breathing person. Every time I have tried to contact them I have received an automated email in response. The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn't let me give them zero.

This is not a Company Its a Facebook Scam only been in business for 6 months. I was so upset order a mug with matching shirt for father's day never received it had to go out in covid-19 last minute looking for a gift wish I could give this scam zero stars.
