If I could put a negative star on this I would. This is the WORST on line experience I have ever had. Customer response just kept putting off delivery date for eight weeks from purchase. They have "offered" to send another - to put off complaints for ANOTHER eight weeks. I would NEVER order from this place and just WISH I had looked up these reviews first. This is a company of thieves. Don't waste your money - you may as well burn it.

I ordered the tshirt on Aug 24, it's now Sept 5 and I still haven't received it or received a response from the company after emailing them a few times. The shirt was supposedly shipped on Aug 27, from Santa Ana to San Diego which is only a few hours drive. Someone could have walked it to me by now. The name they were using in my transaction was pickite. I tired looking up reviews for pickite, and of course found none, only to find out that it was a fake name for customteesales. I contacted my bank and filed a claim. I hope the BBB finally gets a hold of them and shuts them down for good.

Once you placed your order forget your money, The product they're sending to you, you can put it in the garbage because you don't wanna see what you paid for, the product it self is from a cheap material its only printed amaturly it looks you have bought something from second hand and it doesn't have a lebel on it, if you ware it it looks like 20 years old product and the size is not correct, once you try to reach them you will receive only one answer (We can't help you with nothing) they raip you just like nothing happened

I ordered a tee from an Ad from their company on Face book. I ordered the seattle Seahawks August shirt. I get an confirmation email about a September shirt Not the August one I had ordered. I tried to email them back There email was not up to date I tried calling them they are closed on the weekends which I had placed my order on Saturday. On Monday I call and wait 25 min. On the phone to be told they already shipped it. Now they say I'm suck with a shirt I have no need for. Very poor Quality design on shirts were not center correctly Also send me the wrong size There is no number to contact them overall very very dissatisfied Plus it took a long time to get delivered Not recommended at all

I paid $32.00+ (including shipping) for a tshirt for my dad for Fathers Day. I ordered June 9th. On June 21st it finnaly arrived, after Fathers Day. IT WAS TERRIBLE. The tshirt was awkwardly sized. He always wears a XL and this looked like a medium. The screen print was poor quality. You could see through it. I wouldnt wear it much less pay for it. Sad considering it was a gift and an overpriced one at that.

Order a shirt through Proudnavy.com somehow the receipt has Customteesales.com on it but it was being shipped by Gearlauncher.com. WTF! Ordered it on April 30th just got it today June 16th. 46 days! Really? Do not do business with any of these company's. I had to file a PayPal claim for them to finally send it. This has made me read reviews and comments from other customers from any company I order online of Facebook from in the future. Again Beware of these companies.

Ordered a shirt from them on June 6th. Was for a Father's Day gift. Still have not received it and get no human response from them when questioning. They are scammers. Don't order

I have never seen such crap work anywhere. I order the tee and can't even read what it says. I have tee shirts that are years old washed so many times that look better than the crap shirt they sent me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A RIP OFF!

Where did u get such cheap garbage?... I will send back certified mail this shirt, which was not my whole order and let my credit card company handle you... refund refund refund...

Ordered poster on12/1/17, got email confirmation and notification of shipping. USPS HAS NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM. Tried emailing, would not deliver. Tried calling, instead of Teewinter, it's called Customteesales.co., was closed, will try during business hours, really hope I haven't wasted my money!

I ordered what appeared to be the perfect father's day shirt for my husband 2 weeks ago. When I called the next business day to ask if there was still time to request a size smaller, I was told it was already in production but that I could exchange it no charge within ten days of delivery! I was also informed that I'd receive an email once the packages shipped. More than a week later (and after father's day was past) I called repeatedly and got through to nothing more than hold music an occasional prompt telling me to call within their PST business hours. It was close to noon their time! Finally, I got a guy on the phone that sent me a generalized email around the time I sent an email complaint. As of two days ago, I finally received a shipping confirmation complete with a tracking order stating it had shipped two days prior to the receipt of the email. Problem is... The package didn't appear to be moving. So I called DHL and was told that though they have a label number, they have yet to actually physically receive the package that was supposedly shipped several days ago! So... You can't really get anyone on the phone, they took our money! And they'll even send you a tracking number... Without actually sending anything!

Ordered a T-sbirt for my daughters first Mothers Day and never got it. There is no way to contact this company. Do not order from them, they are a Facebook scam.

I ordered 2 pit bull tees in mid August that I finally received in mid September. When I opened my package, I noticed that the shirts wreaked of vinegar so, of course, I had to wash the shirts before wearing them. When I washed the shirts, in cold water, the pictures basically disintegrated! I mean, gone and I never wore them once! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Totally screwed up my shirt and refuse to refund or replace! This was unbelievable... printed the wrong lyrics to a Sinatra song and refused to make it right!

My husband seen a hoodie on facebook from these guys, glad I always check in to reviews before I buy! I'll just find a local company to copy the print!

Scammer vibes. Never responds. Sent me the wrong product. Ordered Father's Day gift, not only did this come 1 month later than it says, it came in a CHILD SIZE. Yes, you read that right. A CHILD SIZE. I ORDERED A XL ADULT AND WAS SENT A CHILDS TSHIRT. COMPANY ISNT RESPONDING AND HAS NOT OFFERED A RESOLUTION TO FIX THEIR ISSUE. PAYPAL WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH THIS COMPANY EITHER.

Ordered something and sent email to the address given, and it was returned as undeliverable. Then went to website, and it doesn't exist. I suspect I have lost my money. Do not buy from this vendor!

I made a purchase a month and a half ago before everything shut down and I still haven't gotten my package yet... At this point I just want a refund. I would never shop from you guys AGAIN!

Military Veteran, they were selling Navy related prints and I purchased a standard shirt (Fruit of the Loom) for $32.00 and a Bella Canvas T-shirt was what they called a premium shirt for $45.00 and with tax and shipping for a total of $90.00. I found the same Canvas shirts on Amazon and they all sold for under $10.00. I requested a return label or permission to return the product and I have not received a response to my email. ****Do Not Purchase from the company! *******
