£5000 pc setup dead on arrival. I'm waiting for their support to get back to me bu it's just incredible that an expensive custom build can be allowed to be sent out like this. I'll update the review once I've dealt with their support, but right now I'm understandably really annoyed.
They take your money no problem but then what turns up isn't what is expected. This is because their website isn't clear and they could help this by being transparent about what is actually included and if extras are being shown in every picture you should get the option to add these otherwise like me people will end up losing their hard earned savings getting something that isn't what they want and then like me you're stuck with. Customer service people need training in understanding of how tough it is in life for some people to be able to get these things as they think it's funny that I'm left with something I didn't want but saved years to get. Disgusted in them in every way.
£4000 PC full of problems. Lately they sent me a replacement RTX 4090 and surprisingly it was used! When I asked why they told me "it's in our terms to use used or refurbished parts". Now I am just wondering if any part of the PC is brand new

Nightmare experience, nightmare PC
This is a genuine computer supplier, based in the UK. Their website is comprehensive and gives plenty of options, and their technical support was top notch. The computer was delivered on time and in perfect condition. As far as I'm concerned, they made the online computer purchase experience about as good as it gets.
