I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints

My wife and I went in to get her gear but unfortunately this store didn't have everything she found online. The guy helping us ordered everything and said if it doesn't fit they will order something different or a larger size, no charge. That was really cool. Thankfully when it came in it all fit.

The store didn't have my helmet. So the assistant manager Sam helped me by ordering it online. I've only dealt with Sam when I go there and it's a great experience every time and she is very knowledgeable.

Being someone who has an "intermediate oval" shaped head but also a XXL, my helmet choices are limited. I was fortunate to not only find one I love the appearance of, it has all the most recent safety features, fits like a glove, and the price point was excellent! I haven't gone riding with it yet, so I can't speak on what if any wind noise there is. But I'm stoked to say the least!
Cycle Gear has an excellent selection of moto related gear and equipment. I have a couple stores fairly close to where I live, but when it comes to helmets I go to their website for the largest selection. And as long as it hasn’t been ridden, you can return the helmet to the store for a refund or credit towards another item. Also, the staff at the physical locations are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Helmet not in stock so tried on the same brand O'neal in store to be sure it fit., measuring your head only does not work. Need to try on. Measured as a Medium ended up with XL. Then ordered through Gilroy store. Sent to my house Everything worked out Great. Gilroy employees very helpful. Thanks!

Every employee I interacted with, whether the online chat person, or store employees were very very good.
Only annoying part is that's the online delivery sId 1 or 2 days. Ended up being longer and the delivery eta was jumped around on when the products would be delivered.

I went to a shop out of town because we are very limited in Moto store options where I live. I went in a couple of times to try on various gear and helmets. The employees were very helpful and super friendly. I didn't feel like they cared more about making sales than making sure I was a happy, educated and well protected rider. They helped me find how to get the helmet I wanted and also helped give me advice on multiple other items I had been looking into. Definitely keeping Cycle Gear as a top choice for shopping for moto items. I do wish they carried a little more options for female attire but I also understand there's a LOT less of us out there.
The only physical Moto shop within 200-300 miles of where I live and many of my fellow riders highly recommended them.

I had a great experience, me and a friend went to buy new helmets during the holiday sale and the gentleman who helped us went above and beyond, he was very knowledgeable about the products and showed us what different visor options we could get with our helmets! Being able to visually see how it looks helps so much before just buying without seeing how it looks in person. I appreciate his help and will be shopping cycle gear in the future!

I can always find what I need online and when I go into my local store they are always so helpful and friendly. My first time in they a bunch of money. My last order took a while to show up despite paying extra for the faster shipping but I believe that was beyond the company's control as they had my order processed in very timely manner. Over all I have yet to have a bad experience with cycle gear and being an RPM member has saved me a lot already and my order usually show up extremely fast!
They're part of the RPM program and I have a store that is pretty local based off of my experience in store I figured I'd continue going to them.
They had all the parts I needed to get my back on the road to keep riding to end of the season and they showed up quick.

I spoke with Erwin at cycle gear in Jericho. As someone with no riding experience, he made choosing the right gear to protect myself an easy, educational, and fun process. I learned a lot about protective gear that is hard to learn about online. 10/10 would recommend coming here.

The original helmet I ordered was not in stock even though the website said it was. CycleGear gave me $15.00 credit for my troubles so I used that to buy basically the same helmet with different colors. They didn't have to do that, but they went above and beyond! I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Tons of gear and parts at great prices. On gear, they not only provide size charts but also an "Expected Fit" based on reviews and customer feedback that really helps with online sizing. If you still happen to get the wrong size it is generally really easy to set up a return or exchange. Shopping in Cycle gear was very enjoyable, it had available the product I was looking for and in stock, the free shipping always make me happy and more likely to shop so when cycle gear showed the option I feel completely at ease shopping there, I love my 10% first purchase discount code!.
The only thing I would like to improve is the delivery times and notification of shipment to easy the long waiting to get that great new toy found.

Was told I'd get a call the day the fuel line I ordered came in. I didn't hear anything for a week so I tracked it- it had been delivered to the store 5 days ago. I call the store and when they found it they said " it's here, was just delivered." I asked why I never got a call since FedEx tracking showed it delivered 5 days earlier. I was told "FedEx does that a lot, they mark something delivered that hasn't been."

The only thing I have to say is, I'm 71 and no one helped me with rolling in 2 wheels and tires, (didn't even hold the door open) or help roll them out! There were 3 attendants working and not one asked if I needed help. Other than that, its was good.
