The sales person at the shop was attentive and professional. I decided to go in person and order my tires, fork, seals, and Ford gators as opposed to ordering them through the website. The orders were placed and were to be sent to my home. I was looking forward to doing both front and rear tires and getting back out on the road. Unfortunately, only one tire was delivered. When I went on the chat the AI chat, but was unable to process my questions. As I look through the website, it informed me to wait 48 hours before making any complaints or corrections. I called the store directly and I've been the sales person was very helpful and track down my order. Apparently at the warehouse they had combined shipping numbers? Which "they weren't supposed to". Salesperson got back to me in a timely manner to inform me that they have re-shipped my tire and given me a $25 store credit for my inconvenience.
I did not feel my questions or inquiry was being addressed so I contacted the store directly

First time trying this tire. Mounting went smoothly and after 2,000 miles it seems to be on track for possibly 8,000 miles. Will be a happy camper if I can get 8,000 miles out of this tire. Tires don't seem to last as long as they once did. I ran Shinko 705 for years but the price keeps going up and milage keeps dropping so I'm trying different tires. The Dunlop TMM was a horrible tire, expensive, difficult to mount and felt rudderless on the bike. It did last a long time. The MotoZ GPS mounted okay and lasted fairly well but was scary on tar straps and on wet pavement. IRC GP110 lasted less than 5,000 miles but was super easy to install, if someone is looking for a tire to learn how to change tires I would recommend the IRC.

The product i purchased got never delivered to me. They just say the courier service said they delivered my package to locker room(i wasn't registered to any locker service). When I contacted the customer support they were rude and didn't try to help me. They didn't even respond to my emails.

First time rider so I didn't really know what kind of gear I was looking for, the staff in person was great and helped me out a bit. I sadly got a headache with my first helmet I thought fit well in the store, but at home it started hurting with longer periods, they made the return super easy!

I received the email of a product that was on sale and I called cycle gear and they didn't have it and they told me to bring it in to the store and try to verify it and if they can, they will honor it as they were trying to verify it The notice and gave me the product as it was on sale

Matt at Cycle Gear in Portland, Oregon helped me to find the correct helmet with the correct fit which took him selecting several helmet for me to try until we found the correct fit.
We are regular customers at the Portland Cycle Gear because the crew there is friendly and very helpful and we usually find what we are looking for at a fair price.
Bottom Line, quality!

I bought tires on their website because I would save money on installation at the store. The information that they couldn't mount any tire over 200mm was conveniently buried. Then when I went to the store I was told it wouldn't be till Monday(three days later).I called on Monday and was then told " the tire machine was broken and I could come pick up my tire".
They buried the info on their website that would have changed my decision to purchase the tire from them,and lied about mounting my tire when I went to the store on Sherwood Forest Blvd. In Baton Rouge.
Sad.I recieved what seemed like an AI generated email. This survey is all I've heard from yall
They could mount my tire for 30$ at their local store.
