I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I went in to have my 9 year old son fitted for street riding gear and johnny was amazing with him. My son is picky on how helmets fit so johnny spent days making sure he was fitted properly and even took the time to install my sons intercom in his helmet. Hes the main reason i go back. Im headed back today for another helmet and when winter comes, ill be headed up to see johnny again. Best service ever. The ONLY place i go for gear!

Completely shocked at the reckless & senseless shipping handling of an expensive helmet!
The shipping box arrived with a side that had visible compression damage and I thought, "I hope my helmet is ok!". I took a picture of the box before I opened it in case I had to demonstrate a problem. Unfortunately, there was no packing cushioning material in the box! NONE, zero padding.
I took a picture of that too.
Then, there was minimal packing material inside the Arai box! I took a picture of that too.
It's very disappointing AND irresponsible for a $700.00 helmet to be mishandled this way, especially when recyclable packaging material is available. I sent the helmet back using that material because I believe CycleGear will re-sell it as-is and the helmet should not risk being shipped again without proper packaging material.
They took care of the return process well.

I used mainly Cycle Gear for all of my bike shopping! Had to return some boots a bit ago and they were extremely helpful with every step! Love that you gain points by the purchases you make and can redeem them when you're ready! So far, I haven't been disappointed yet. They usually always have some kind of deal/discount on items.

I've bought a helmet as well as a few cardos from the shop in South county STL, and I also bought my newest set of tires from the online shop. The tires were for my old ninja 250 and 2 companies make tires for them and when all the other shops were charging 300 for just the rear, I ended up getting both for around 220 from the cycle gear site.

Had to drive 100 miles to pick up my tires which i could have bought anywhere for the same price or less and delivered free. The only reason i chose cycle gear was for the installation and balance of the tires at $30 each, which would have been great. However the cycle gear i chose for tires to be delivered to and installed said there machine was the wrong equipment and didn't know when a new one would be delivered, so a lot of time and gas wasted for nothing, thanks.

Delivery was quick, and I received an email and pleasant phone message from the store. When picking up the package, I asked to see some other items that I was interested in buying, but the store associate seemed remarkably untrained in the dark art of customer service.
I prefer to shop at a brick and mortar store, and was under the false impression that they'd have similar inventory as Revzilla. This particular CycleGear is close to my work, and I like to have ongoing relationships with stores and their associates. After visiting this store a couple of times, I don't think there's much of a chance that it'll be my first choice.
It's the recommended oil for my motorcycle.

I ordered the wrong shield for our helmets. I went into the store and they were great about taking them back. Unfortunately they did not have mine in store and they thoroughly checked to be sure. They got online with me their and placed another order for delivery for the right shields for our helmets. Within in 2 days they came to the house and I was able to snap them in to the helmets with ease.
Always been a great store to get what we needed or wanted. I used them in Washington State many times and now I'll be continuing to use them in Orlando FL.

I personally work at the Jacksonville location, but before I was just a customer. There have been a lot of changes and a huge change in staffing. Everyone there knows a lot about motorcycles and we always like to help those in need. We always encourage customers beginner or pro to ask any questions they have. Overall just a great place to be at to talk motorcycles and shop for gear and parts.
I was originally told by friends when I first got into motorcycles. Now that I’ve explored Jacksonville Florida a lot more, I can say it’s the best place to shop at for motorcycle needs
My front tire was almost at 0 tread life, so I needed to buy a new set of tires. My coworkers at cycle gear recommended me to get the road 6s and I have been loving them so far.

All the members at greensboro store were extremely helpful and patient with me. Helped me figure out what gear would be best vs budget to help me make an informed decision on my needs. All products purchased so far have been perfect. Wish store was bigger with more product to be able to try on, but that's not on cycle gear. Will continue to keep shopping for most my gear here as the rpm membership has already paid for itself, and cover several good brands, even their in house which is budget friendly and of good quality.

I ordered a product on Monday, was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, product said "2day shipping". I called on Wednesday and they haven't even sent out the item yet, said it was a "hiccup". I received my product by Friday. The rep was nice tho, he took care of it!

Checked online then went to local store. Store folks very knowledgeable and helpful no pressure sales pitch. Also many options to buy in store or online. No problem returns if needed. What's really nice about actual store is that they have a wide variety of gear in many sizes that you can try on to see how they fit.
