I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I went in store to try helmets on and they didn't have the style I wanted in my size so I ordered online, it was delivered in a timely manor and in good condition

Same tires my motorcycle came with from the factory, for far less money than the dealer or factory website wanted for them. And the arrived quickly, and undamaged.
They had the tires I needed, in the sizes I needed, in stock, and at the best prices.
I chose tires tires because my tires were bald and I needed to replace them. I chose the specific tires that I bought because they are the exact brand, model, and sizes as my motorcycle came with from the factory. And because no one had any other single make and model of tire for in stock in both of the sizes that I needed, which were 160/60R-18 for the front, and 240/40R-18 for the rear, and I will not mix brands or models of tire on the same motorcycle.

I ordered a chin curtain for my helmet and could not figure out how to properly install it into my helmet at the store. The employee offered to do it for me and even cleaned up the wiring for my com system.

Shopping for the helmet online was a great experience as it was easy to navigate the website and filter by size and brand. Visiting the store to verify the size fit with a similar helmet was a fantastic. The shipping delay that was pushed back from the 3rd of May to the 6th of May is my main concern as I was invited for a ride and was unable to go for not have a functioning helmet.
It was easy to find the item I needed online.

Cycle Gear -Bedford is the only place to shop. I had no idea what I needed in a helmet and they took the time to help me. The specific knowledge that was used to help me make my decision was second to none. I am a harley rider but will will come to this store for all my needs moving forward.

I was on the email list for two months waiting with great anticipation for this helmet. I received an email immediately upon availability & placed my order. The helmet arrived quickly, & is everything I dreamed it would be. This helmet is incredibly lightweight, aerodynamic, stable at high speed & has fantastic ventilation! It comes with the clear and dark tinted visors, one anti-fog pin-lock, and several tear-aways to get you started. My only gripe is that this helmet is a bit noisy, but nothing a pair of earplugs can't overcome. This is BY FAR the best helmet I have EVER owned/worn. Well done Alpinestar!

The selection of helmets is amazing, but if your humongous head don't fit (as happened to me) the will find a fit somewhere else to be shipped to the store. The service is good. The only downside is the don't have enough people to attend the customers when there more than one

Like the Helmet but do not like the strap. Cannot just pull the strap to take helmet off. You need to tread it thru as a loop and then take off helmet.

I ordered my helmet at the Woburn Mass. Location and got first class service! The employee I dealt with was personable and very knowledgeable. I ordered my helmet and had it shipped to the Manchester NH location, since I'm in that area frequently. I never got the employee's name that helped me, but I will definitely look for him again the next time I shop in there.

I called prior to ordering online to ask specifially if the Firstgear heated jacket liners that I was ordering and in my cart were the kind that plugs into bike or by battery. I did not want it plugged into the bike. The representative looked them up and said they did not plug into bike. So I ordered. Received the order and found that they had the battery harness. Called back and found out they definitely plug in and you only offer the Gerbing vest that doesn't plug in. So now I have to return and I spent $20 additional to have products arrive in time for our bike trip. We didn't wear or take them with us and now I have to send everything back and order elsewhere. Thankfully, it was unusually warm last weekend in Michigan.
When I called 2nd time, rep was nice but didn't offer any adjustment on shipping costs.
We've ordered before and purchased in store although we're over an hour away.
Wanted heated gear and your rep said these were correct product but was wrong.

Went into store and ordered tires,"We'll call you when the come in" Opon delivery (1:11 PM,UPS confirmation) I had to call to confirm so I could bring rims in, next day 1:00pm. They said they should be done before close that evening "we'll call you". We'll the next day I called on my lunch break and they were done sitting ready to go. I get there is only 3 people to mount tires,but someone could've called me at least once? Everything worked out great, I love the tires, over all good experience.
