I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Exellent, i.e. Quick, fast and in a hurry, first helmet in Several years. I did go to the Wichita Ks. Store for Fit Checks. If she fits like the test then life will be grand. I suspect I'll be very happy.

Fit perfectly on my 2019 Vstrom 650 xt. No problem with cables being too short, very easy install, about ten minutes. Instead of my arms being almost locked straight while riding, now arms are bent a little, more comfortable riding.

Got everything I needed for an oil change on my bike (minus new crush washer that I picked up elsewhere) and got it fast!
I originally stepped foot in a CycleGear in Las Vegas 3 years ago to purchase my first helmet. The amazing customer service representative listened to me and helped me find a helmet that I loved and fit perfect. CycleGear employees have always treated me well every time I go in-store, and I have never had issues with the website.
I chose these products because I wanted to change the oil on my bike to conform to regular maintenance requirements.

I could have ordered these tires from a few sites since they were in the same price range. I ordered from cycle gear because they shipped to my local store where I could pick them up along with incidentals and staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

They can offer some pretty good discounts on items that have been opened, but still can be delivered with all it's parts needed, and these guys can have some pretty competitive clearance sales as well!

Helmet is great! Snell and DOT certified is a big plus. Super comfy, fits my head perfectly. Before I bought it I was able to go into the store and try it on. Simple shopping online and fast shipping.

I would give this a 5 star rating but can't because of bad advertising/misinformation. I purchased tires from cyclegear because they also offered installation and balancing services. I could have bought the same tires for a little less and shipped directly to my home but didn't because I would have to take the tires to a shop for install and balance anyway. Well, it turns out my nearest (and only location in the state) store doesn't provide those services. It's a 30 minute drive to the store one way, so it was even more cost for me to get tires that could've been shipped to my house or just ordered from another shop to begin with.

Ordering the product while I was at the local cycle gear was great. The delay in shipping the not so great.
I have been buying from my local cycle gear for years because it’s pretty much the best place to get reasonably priced products. Haven said that it’s disappointing to find that they have a low product inventory and in some cases not having the product at all.
I needed a new pair of summer riding gloves and Rev-it! Is my product of choice.

Chose Cycle gear for the tire change service and had them ship to the store. I called to see if the tire change person was around the day was planning to pick up the tire, but i was told they dont change out smaller sized (honda grom) tires. This is a bummer as i would have had it shipped directly. They should specify what tires they can or cannot change.

It was easy process, found the parts which I needed (tires and sparkplugs) added them to my cart and checked out. A few days later the parts started arriving came in 2 different shipments one UPS, and the other by mail.
They had the tire brand and model and size I was looking for and in stock, the same with my spark plugs I needed, but not at my local Cycle Gear store.:-( Oh well. Plus if I had a problem with the order, the local Cycle Gear shop isn't so far I could return them there without a hassle, due to their customer service.
I chose the tires due to reviews I've seen and recommendations. The sparkplugs because they were the match for my motorcycle.

Decided to take a chance on ordering a pair of MC boots online hoping the sizing would be correct. Had order picked up at the border by friends to take advantage of free shipping within USA. Boots ended up being a bit too narrow. Would have returned them if it was an Amazon purchase, but to return them to Cycle Gear would mean a trip back down to the border to take advantage of their $9.99 return shipping, or pay a much higher shipping charge to return from home. Now hoping alot of walking will break them in enough to widen them into being comfortable. Not sure if I'll ever order clothing from them again unless I can try item on at a local store first, and then only if their price is a SIGNIFICANT savings over supporting my local stores.

I purchased a pair of Sedici Marco2 pants. Within a year I had to exchange them twice. Once the zipper broke and the second time because the Velcro was coming disconnected from pants in two locations. I am very thankful that the pants had a warranty. I did upgrade to a pair of Klim pants this time. I would have liked to be able to try them on before purchasing like I was able to with the Sedici pants. Your staff was very knowledgeable and was able to help with suggestions about a better quality product, since I was having issues with the Sedici pants. The pants were delivered in a decent time frame. The fit was good. Hopefully these will hold up to almost daily use while commuting.
I like to touch, feel, compare when I buy larger ticket items.

Cycle gear now carries riding pants from The UK that are not waterproof and come in a color besides black. I thought light colors were recommended for higher visibility.
Found them by searching the internet. I bought my jacket in their store when I lived in San Diego.
These are light weight enough to wear in the high heat here in SoCal and still carry the AA abrasion rating.
