I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Cycle Gear has a lot of motorcycle equipment, our local shop is heavy on clothing, helmets and tires. They do match prices on tires, which is what I needed, and they also have military discounts, but not on tires. I lucked out on the day of purchase they had a half price on tire install. Even though the tire would not arrive for a couple of days, they honored the install promo. Only thing with Cycle Gear install is that it is all off the bike install so you have to take the wheel in for the install. I dropped off in the morning and it was ready by the middle of the day.
They tried hard, but could not get military discount on tire, not included like % off codes.

The stores can't change scooter tires because the rims are too small but all yall you need is the adapter! Please consider that as an added service :) Thank you!

Super fast delivery and exactly what I wanted. A must get for the flexibility of not needing to swap shields which is a pain in *** on the RF-1400. Worth the price in my opinion 👍🏽

Needed a better solution for night/day riding

Delivery - CG shipped a pair of tires separately. Only 1 showed up. CG sent a replacement and original tire showed up. Had to return the extra tire.
Installation - CG could not mount the rear tire. Finally decided the tire was defective. Had to return the tire & buy a new tire, but they could not honor the original price. Has to go online to Customer Service.
Couldn't call to get a price match. I had to request it via email, but got a quick response. Also arranged the return of the duplicate rear tire with CS via a phone call. They gave me a $25 credit for returning the duplicate.
CG matched a lower price I found & charged 1/2 of my local shop for mount/balance. Decided to try CG even though it was 10 mi away.
1st time on a Michelin Power 5, but I have been a Michelin Road fan for a long time.

I have ordered tons of stuff from cycle gear before and this was the first time I ever had a problem. Ordered a new helmet headset. The site says it will ship within 1 business day. 4 days later it is still saying pending pickup by the carrier (USPS). Customer Service was no help on the matter.

As usual, Cycle Gear had what I needed at reasonable prices. The shipping was fast. I picked my order up in-store and the experience with the employees there was great as well.
Always have good prices, good customer service, the items I want, and I wanted the items shipped to the store instead of my house.

Stopped in the store to try on a few different jackets, they didn't have the colors I wanted so the salesman did an order to ship me what I wanted. Arrived on time and intact.

Did a little research on back packs was looking for something that could be used for day pack or for 1 to 3 day trip and this seemed to fit the bill. So far happy with it time will tell how durable it is.
Price was better than other retailers RevZilla etc.

Over all staff is very helpful although staff tends to upsell a little to hard. If i have an item in mine, or a mindset for a product staff tend to offer something more expensive or something else than what is in the budget.

Customer service at the store level was great but they definitely need to use a different shipping company, I won't elaborate here but the company (On-Trac) claimed my company was closed at 11:00 on a Thursday, then "attempted" to deliver the next day at 8:00 pm. It took an additional week for them to finally show up.
