I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I live 4 hours from my Cycle Gear and the tires my bike uses aren't normally stocked. I had to order them online and have them shipped to the store. Then I had to call and make sure they would be able to mount them before making the 4 hour (225 miles) trip. I took the wheels in and was told they wouldn't be able to get to them that day because someone had called off work. I explained the situation and they said they had someone coming in and would try to find some time and get them mounted. I called a couple times during the day and finally went there to see they were still sitting behind the counter. The worker was able to get them done while I was in the store. In the end it all worked out.
I've been a customer for many years. I like the selection and pricing on the tires although the mount and balance fees have gotten kind of crazy. I remember when it was $5 per wheel instead of $30.
These Pirelli tires are recommended for my Aprilia Tuono.

I originally ordered the wrong face shield for my helmet (the nomad modular) and Cyclegear gave me a quick refund. After the correct face Shields came in, they installed it for me in store!
It is the only motorcycle store in my region.
I loved the iridescent colors!

Customer service was awesome, one guy left in shop and no one else around, line getting longer but he was courteous and thorough.
New helmet, above 500.00, store local to fresno, looking for other items in person.
Shoei is a good brand name, helmet had a huge discount, but its performance was utterly disappointing. My sub 300.00 helmet by scorpion performed just as well if not better. Smdh

The young lady that helped us with the fitting of my husband's helmet was amazing. She had him try on a couple of helmets and he decided which one he liked. She ordered it for us because He wanted white to match our Spyder. No pressure. She was great!
A friend brought us there a couple of years ago

Purchased a $200 motorcycle battery and Cyclegear's warehouse shipped it with basically no padding. UPS as usual took care of package by dropping it down a flight of stairs.
Luckily all it took was a phone call to CS and after a few picture emailed to CS they dispatch a new battery right away (Sent to the Brick and Mortar Store 1 hr away) but it arrived safe and not damaged.
Glad I bought from Cyclegear as it was and easy exchange.
Props to the Cyclegear Customer team.
Excellent. No hassle just simple pictures showing damaged $200 battery (Yuasa) That was damaged by UPS because of poor packaging done by Cyclegear Warehouse.

I recently purchased motorcycle gear from Cycle Gear's online store, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. From browsing to checkout, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The website's layout is intuitive, making it easy to find exactly what I needed.
The selection of products was extensive, catering to both beginner and experienced riders. I found everything from helmets to riding boots, all from reputable brands. The detailed product descriptions and customer reviews helped me make informed decisions about my purchases.
The checkout process was quick and secure, with multiple payment options available. I appreciated the transparency regarding shipping costs and delivery times, which were both reasonable.
What truly stood out was the customer service. I had a question about sizing, so I reached out via live chat, and the representative was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They answered my query promptly and provided additional recommendations based on my needs.
When my order arrived, I was delighted with the quality of the products. Everything was as described on the website, and the packaging was secure, ensuring that my items arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered Alpinestars Mustang v2 gloves and the right thumb was about half a centimeter shorter than the left. Took it back to cycle gear, returned it and they ordered me a new pair that fit. Delivery came in 2 days.
Will be buying from here again for sure.

Ordered at the retail store. Arrived (sooner than expected) on my doorstep!

After ordering my gear on line for delivery to the local store, I received an email telling me when my order would arrive. On that day I received another email letting me know my order had arrived. When I arrived at the store, my order was quickly retrieved and I was able to try it on before leaving the store. As it didn't fit, the return was a breeze and another email was waiting for me at home confirming the return.
1. Availability of what I was looking for.
2. Ability to have product delivered to the store
3. Great process for ordering, great updates, great return process.
Reviews online alerted me to the product which sounded what I was looking for.

The pants arrived and fit exactly to the size I ordered. They seem to be more for cold weather than summer time.

The coordination between the online and physical stores could use improvement. They blame each other for order delivery and return issues. The customer is stuck in between.

I ordered a chain and sprocket set to get delivered to my local store, the shipping never updated so I was worried it would be late but I got the email saying it was ready on the expected day. I went in to pick it up and then left a couple minutes later. It was perfect!
CycleGear works with me to learn what is needed for my motorcycle, I'm a new rider and the staff is very friendly and willing to teach me about what don't know.
My chain and sprockets were rusted on the bike I bought.

My overall experience with cyclegear has not been a positive one. The tire I ordered took about 3 days longer to come in than I was told it would take them when I got my tire mounted they damaged my wheel and have been putting fixing it off for 3 weeks.
