I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Everything usually goes quite smoothly with a return, but this day there seemed to be a problem with the folks at the desk being able to "sign in" and process my return. After waiting for 10 or 15 minutes I took my helmet return and went back the next day. It was then taken care of efficiently.

Absolutely love the jacket that I pulled out of the box all except that the main zipper broke 10 seconds after I received. For a $500 jacket, that is appalling. I need to exchange for a larger size however I'm hoping this was an oversight and not a pattern with this jacket.

Easy to find what I want/need and love they have a petite option for women. The jeans feel like they run a little big. I always wear a size 10 but they run a little big. I'm keeping them though in case I want to layer with leggings underneath when it's cooler.

From the time I arrived, there was someone to greet me at the front door with a smile. They listen to my request of items I was looking for, and provided me with alternatives items. If they did not have it in the store they ordered it for me. Great service all the way around.

I am very satisfied with my experience with cycle gear, however the last product I ordered, a set of Universal mirrors, was very cheaply made and they had very little adjustment range. I guess you get what you pay for thought.

Nick, the sales associate, was very helpful in getting me the right helmet that fits me. I could tell he is an avid rider with experience. He followed up with a personal phone call when the product arrived. He transferred my headset electronics from my old helmet to the new one when I picked up my helmet. No wait time, no drop off and come back in a day or so. Great job

I recently ordered a pair of youth boots for my nephew, and was in a time crunch. They were able to get me my gear ASAP and the quality. Of the product was great. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely use them again.

I was looking for a new helmet, but wasn't sure what brand. The sales person showed me a variety and was very detailed with the safety features of all helmets shown. They didn't have the color I wanted in my size so the sales person helped me order it on line. From the time I ordered to receipt was quick and the team also ensured that it fit correctly and I liked it as well as attaching the new Bluetooth I purchased as well

I went to order a helmet online for my son and waited because I received a flyer in the mail saying premium helmets would be on sale in 2 or 3 days. The flier actually pictured and named the helmet I was going to get him. I called one of your stores that same day and they confirmed the helmet would be on sale if I waited. The morning of the sale I went online and it did not show the helmet on sale. I called a store again and they said I needed to call customer service because they didn't see it. Customer service said that the helmet was nowhere in their system as being on sale and assured me the helmet was not one of the sale helmets. I waited for nothing, and then proceeded to order online anyways and paid for next day shipping and didn't receive it anywhere close to next day. I think he received it 3 or 4 days later. The whole experience seems like everything advertised was just to get me in. My son is very happy with the helmet overall just getting there wasn't the fun exciting experience it should have been.
Described above. The guy was ok to talk to. He wasn’t a jerk but he certainly didn’t care about the discrepancy or trying to figure out what the actual problem was. He didn’t see it listed so I was out of luck.

I'm a first timer when it comes to riding bikes, and wanted a helmet for my MSF class. Chase was able to answer any question I had, no matter how much of a noob question it might've been, with helpful advice. I ended up getting the helmet he recommended as well as some gloves. The helmet shipped to the store for free, and Chase was there again to help set it up for me and show me how to manage/use it when it arrived. When I showed the helmet to my instructor he said it was perfect. Thanks!
