I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

It really is as simple as selecting your item, buy it, ship it, pick it up at your local store. Emails keep you appraised of the progress of your shipment and delivery. Just easy. As it should be.

11 days after ordering and the helmet I purchased has still not been shipped yet. I called and they said that is just the way it goes at Cycle Gear. Only order on line if you don't need the item for a long, long time. Makes you wonder why they do business that way. I did give two stars for the price and the customer service.

Went into the store to look at and try on the new Sedici Strada 3 helmet. The salesman in store was very helpful with ensuring I found the right size and explained some of the upgrades that were made from the Strada 2

I had previously used Rok straps, and these were just what I had before. However, five days after my order, the tracking link only said that the label was printed. UPS finally delivered the straps about 3 weeks after my order. Not sure where the delay happened.

I picked up the helmet last night, and had the best customer service from a fella named Eric. He was new, learning the computer system, and did a fantastic job. I got home, and the helmet looks cool, but it just didn't fit my backpacks head correctly. She will be deciding on a different helmet.

My backpack likes Icon helmets, and loved the look of this one. Sadly none were available to try on in store, so we blindly ordered it online.
