I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Devon was awesome, provided great service all the way through installing a new Cardo in the new helmet and verifying that it all worked properly. Will definitely return to CycleGear in the future.

I've had a good experience purchasing from Cycle Gear Jacksonville branch on Beach Blvd. Ordered exactly what I wanted. Sized up perfectly and from when I ordered to when I received the product was on point. Bravo to the whole purchase process.

I bought the Alcan motorcycle boots online and they fit perfectly - I wasn't aware they had this awesome quick-strapping technology called BOA. So not only did I get an awesome fit, good style, and feet protection - I can put these shoes on and take them off so much faster than even my normal shoes. I used to wear snow boots, normal sneakers, or casual dress boots when I commuted to work. I always dreaded bending down with all my gear on to tie the shoes...now I just slide them on, twist a dial, and fold over a flap! Yeah, this was the best gear purchase I've ever made.
It's a local store that I like but there are more options online.
I'm slowly upgrading my motorcycle gear and boots were next on the list.

I did an instore pickup, they were very punctual. When I went in to get my jacket they had it hung up and waiting. I was able to take my time and try it on and everything. And I had a good conversation about bikes etc then I left.
Because they staff in there is amazing and I got my first helmet there.

I ordered my tire online ans it was delivered withb a few days. Popped up to my local Cycle Gear store and got the tire installed for $30 in 10 freakin' minutes! Great customer service and great pricing!

The staff is helpful and kind to everyone. Not only if you've been riding for years, or a newbie like me. They will actually work with you and give you suggestions and options. They treat you like a human being and not just another number walking through the door. I've received exceptional customer service every time I do there. Cycle gear is pretty much the chic-fil-a of motorcycles.
They opened a brand new store in Merrillville and I was so excited because I just bought my first bike and I'd much rather shop in store and interact with the staff and actually try on the gear and feel how it if fits before I purchase it.
It was what I thought I wanted and needed just getting started out. I'd rather ride fully protected in gear and I'll also be buying other products that will help me perform my own maintenance ultimately saving money in the long run

I have always had great experiences with Cycle Gear, and I am an RPM member which is also very nice. This order wouldn't allow delivery to the store which I found unusual, but I had to bring bike tire anyway.

Though the cycle gear I went to didn't have my shoes in stock, they were very professional on helping me figure out the proper size to get and helped me order my shoes right to my house! The shoes I bought are the dainese atipica air 2 btw
I chose CycleGear because I had a sum of money in points to spend and ended up getting my shoes for about half price!
I wanted comfortable riding shoes and did some research to find the ones I ended up getting!

Was hesistant in buying after reading reviews of the tint being too dark for night riding. But after going for it i found the tint isn't bad on the gold visor at all, and my vision isn't great. Installation was easy after seeing a YT video, just be patient when doing so. All in all, would buy again!

My original Sena 10S clamp kit had broken wiring and Jeremiah spent hours trying to repair it. When that failed, he installed a new clamp kit and made sure my head set was updated with new software and working perfectly. What a Rock Star! Thanks Jeremiah!
