I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
've noticed even your own online tire prices don't always reflect what the Woodbury MN store has because on 2 different occasions their in store price has been lower than the online price has shown for cycle gear. So now I tend to go in and check out the store prices in person before making any decisions on buying tires. The staff at this store is always very professional, nice and just seem to be in a happy mood which is so nice compared to many other businesses. So happy with this store that even when I had to order this adaptor I'm being asked to rate here that I chose to get it from cycle gear so this Woodbury MN store really deserves recognition.
Chose it because of my great experiences at the Woodbury MN store. Always upbeat happy staff there. I truly hope this store gets some recognition from this review and your corporate office because they really are great there. I wouldn't rave so much if it was just one employee or two. It's like everyone there is happy to be there and curious about what you ride, helpful and friendly. Also on 2 separate occasions that store has beat all the other prices I've found onl9ne for tires even from your own website!
I found a deal on ebay for the mirrors that this adaptor kit has to be used to fit the mirrors onto my bike. Same price for this adaptor kit everywhere online but I went with you and had them sent to the Woodbury store because I've been very happy with that store. Planning on buying tires from them too here soon for my bikes so I'm ready for spring.

Order set of Michelin Road 6 tires, Puig 90 stems, and installation. Price was very competitive, & tire installation on wheels was on-sale also - for $15.00 per tire. All in all - very happy with the Auburn Team
Proximity, price, tire install cost
Have had great experience with Road 5 and 6 tires, decent mileage, and they may see a track day or two - fingers crossed

The store staff installed a Sena 20S headset bracket in a Shoei Hornet X-2 helmet I bought online ship-to-store. Being a trusting fool, I left the store without checking the installation. Once home, I found the boom microphone was still installed on this full face helmet, with the bracket clipped onto the left front of the chin bar, such that opening the visor would hit the pop-up antenna with the 20S unit installed. The microphone for closed-face helmets, which replaces the boom mic so that the bracket can be mounted in the correct location under and behind the left ear, was still in its packaging.
WhenI asked a question about parts available for the helmet, I was told by the store staff that the Shoei Hornet X-2 was not a very popular model. Shoei would probably like to know what Cycle Gear sales staff think of their premium-quality ADV helmet.
I'm making an appointment tomorrow with a local dealership that participates in the Shoei Personal Fitting Service program to get this high-quality lid properly fitted by an expert. So long Cycle Gear, you've lost my business.
The bracket installation was re-done by the store manager-on-duty at my second visit. Once again, being the trusting fool I am, and being handed a closed box once again, I only found out when I got home that the speakers were pressing hard against my ears, and that the bracket was still too far forward for the visor to stay clear of the antenna. if he had asked me to try the helmet on, this problem should have have prompted the manager to order an installation kit for the Sena 20S thin-speaker set-up. I ordered the thin speakers as a replacement part from MotorcycleGear.com and will keep the others as spares for another helmet, because I’m not going back to the Cycle Gear store again.
“Frankly, Colonel Saito, I haven’t the foggiest.” I must have been stupid to think minimum-wage-earning slackers would take any interest in providing good customer service.
Shoei makes very high-quality helmets. I had a Hornet DS that fit me perfectly out of the box, so a Hornet X-2 was a natural pick. I prefer Sena’s basic bang-for-the-buck reliability over Cardo’s price-is-no-object marketing.

Great product search engine. I was able to drill down to specific items in large categories easily using the result filters.
Ability to ship a helmet and in-helmet audio system kit to the store for fit test and installation of the speakers.

The Yuasa AGM battery that I ordered for my Suzuki Vstrom online came very quickly (less than 48 hours). I had some questions about adding the electrolyte and charging it, so I called my local store in Rancho Cordova, CA. They said just bring it by and we'll set it up for you (which they did) and they gave me proper charging instructions. Excellent customer service.
Convenient ordering and 2 very good stores nearby around Sacramento, CA.
I wanted a very good quality Yuasa battery for my bike which was available on the Cycle Gear website for a very fair price and free shipping.

The customer service was very good and helpful through this process and ordering it online was very simple as well.
It was close to me
I tried on a few helmets and it was the best fitting for the financial budget I had

Great. DONT force people to give you 50 characters if you want the survey done. 🥴
Best inventory for kids
Because my grandson needed a helmet that fit him

Eli gave quick service getting my tire replaced. I would only suggest to only state policy of 24 hours to replace once, then tell them what it will most probably be.
Because they do not scratch rims and get it installed the same day. I live over an hour away and I do not want to drive there twice.
Because you were out of the angel gt tires. This is my 2nd choice. They are great also but just wear out quicker.

Items ordered in store from quadlock were due to be shipped directly to my home. It transpired they were shipped to store, they in turn refused to send items on to my home address.
Yet another unnecessary journey to the store, like I don't have a life right?
Shockingly poor.
I have spent $100’s at cycle gear on MX helmets and boots and protection.
I will never shop there again.
Necessary for charity event.

We appreciate your honest opinion and will follow up with our team to get this corrected. We hope to get things right next time. Thanks for letting us know.
This is a great denim cut but it needs to improve a bit. As a club style cut, there needs to be a zip out liner or the patches get sewn into the liner. The inside pistol pockets are not pockets at all and are elastic holsters. There should be top snaps on the holster or they need to be enclosed pockets. The buttons are awesome and the zippers are good. It will bleed dye so wash it in cold water when you get it.
I hadn't fiomy order and I didn't know it needed to be completed. I contacted customer service and they helped me out.
The easy returns and service quality. The store brand gear is high quality and priced right.
I wanted a traditional style denim cut. The style is great and it is a good blend of comfort and it is practical. Your sizes are American and easy to figure out.

Quality of the riding pants is excellent. I really wanted them to fit butwere too small for me. I typically wear 2XL and ordered 4XL thinking I'm safe. But I am not your average big guy build. I'm like a tree trunk. Football linemen look like ballerinas next to me. Anyway, customer service helped me with a return and offered much needed advice on how to find the right fit for me. She took the time to go over which brands run small and which would fit my frame. Just wonderful help. I highly recommend CycleGear.
You had my size, 4XL.

At 45yrs old i decided to take the plunge and learn to ride, something I've always wanted to do. I stopped by my local store (Medford, OR) fully prepared for some judgement or at least condescending attitudes. Staff was welcoming, helpful and so encouraging! I appreciate the variety and quality I've found so far.

The tech putting the tires on my rims scratched my rims. I complained about it and they denied it was their fault.

The gloves came in perfect condition. The size was what I expected it to be. It was a little stiff at first but after an hour it started to get more flexible. The gloves feel super secure with the double straps and they are flexible enough to give me a great range of motion.
Only cycle store I saw first on the web while looking for a in person store. Decided to follow up my helmet purchase with an online glove purchase an associate help me find my size but there was only one color option
I store associate was explaining what she uses to ride and her gloves where in store. The features made sense and her experience was appreciated. There was not many option for a gauntlet with double strap and pinky ring bridge.

I had bought a size that was a little big, so they ordered me a size smaller and I am so happy that they did. As I the smaller size is perfect. I am so glad they suggested I not settle.
I go to bike night there its always busy and a great place with all kinds of awesome people.
Needed now riding boots.

Parts normally in stock and shipping is generally fast but items always arrive poorly packed. Like twice I ordered spark plugs and when I received the boxes were crumpled and the plugs were banging around the box with other items with no protection.
Didn’t get a response.
I thought it would be convenient.

I ordered a medium and a large jacket to be shipped to the store. I was then able to try on each jacket to see which fit the best. I purchased the large and received credit for the medium jacket. Easy and the only way to get the best fit.
I was on vacation in Jacksonville Florida and wanted to purchase a Jacket. I tried J&P cycles down in Daytona. I also tried Cycle Gear. Same company.I didn't like any of the jackets either store had on display. I worked with Blu the salesman at the store and ordered both jackets to be shipped there. I was leaving to return home to Maine latter that week. The jackets arrived on time and I made the purchase.
Research on line. I wanted a high quality jacket in leather with CE. Beautiful Jacket.

Ordered a part unsure if it would fit my bike. Shipped free to my local CycleGear where an employee helped me figure out the fitment. Ended up returning the part, and the employee took it a step further by helping me search for an alternative. Very positive shopping experience.
