I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
At first my daughter couldn't decide on which jacket to buy we opted out to buy both and return the one she didn't want at the store since the process is pretty convenient. My daughter like both jackets so much we decided to keep both since we got them at almost 50% off. 2 for the price of 1. Great deal!
Since cyclegear is the only retailer with a store nearby that sells motorcycle gear it was a no brainer.

My in store experience is always good. The people that work in the store closest to me are cool and helpful.
My problem is with the lack of inventory represented in the store. In order to simply try on anything that's not in the store, I have to buy it online and then go through a return process if I don't like it. Going through this multiple times to find a pair of riding boots is a huge hassle for the customer. Especially financially.

Very helpful nice staff, it took me a while to figure out what kind of helmet I wanted. They didn't seem like they were in a hurry for me to buy something and get out, they even helped install my headsets for my son and I.

You gave me a 15 percent off code and and it was only 2 percent. Shipping took a week. I owned a motorcycle repair and that's unacceptable. Piss off my customers. I order from Dennis Kirk and it's in my shop 1 or 2 days. Not 7 days.

Everything went well enough. Cleaning of the rim prior to attaching the weights could.have been better. The weight fell of as I was carrying it to the counter. Rim was cleaned and weight attached so no harm.

Got all my gear from CycleGear, scratched up my helmet visor a bit while riding and was reluctant to buying a whole new $500 helmet when mine was still good. Was able to order a new visor with them and it was easily replaced

The order was placed on in-stock items with RPM 2 day shipping. The order did not arrive untilna week later. The bags seem ofndecent quality, although the roller bag doesn't come with a shoulder strap, even though the bag is designed for one. Both bags will certainly work as desired.
The items shipped the day after I submitted a support ticket. I was contacted by a rep after the items had arrived. She honestly stated that there was no identifiable reason for the delay and apologized for it.
I am an RPM member and appreciate the value of in-house brands, such as Bilt, that provide good products without big name markups.
The described feature set should meet my needs for transporting helmets and leathers to track dayb and other motorcycle training locations.

To be fair, I ordered at the store. I told the employee what I wanted. I received what he ordered. 1/2 was correct. 1/2 was a mistake. It was close... I wanted a lower fork leg guard. I received an upper fork leg guard. I haven't decided if I want it. I can't see where it fits. I have yet to do anything about any of it.

I went into the store and ordered a helmet. After try a few helmets on I showed him a picture of the helmet I wanted, including item number. I thought was getting an all Black Scorpion helmet, however i received a Black and Grey printed one. This helmet was also $20 more than original one I asked for.

Bought a tire online from CycleGear as the size/type was not available in store. I then brought the tire and my rear wheel to the local store and the fellow there installed it quickly. Great guy helped me out, Tried on a few helmets looking for first helmet thats ece certified, he reccomended the strada 3 and the shoei helmets and they all fit great but the strada was more in budget.

I ordered the Helite Adventure Jacket off the website and had it delivered to my local shop. I did this because I wasn't certain about the sizing. Turns out that the size I ordered was a great fit (yes, order a size up from what you think you'll need). However, they sent the wrong color (I ordered grey, they sent black). I processed the return in store, and re-ordered; hopefully I'll get the right color.
Also, I never received a shipping email until I got the one that said it arrived at the store. Since the item was marked as 'ships in five to seven business days', I wasn't overly concerned that I had not yet received the first email.
Overall, the one I had a chance to inspect before processing it for return was excellent. But for the color, I couldn't be happier. Communication, however, could have been better.
I initially called customer service because I did not receive the discount code that I should have received as a new customer referral. Customer service immediately applied the discount to my order with no worries or hassles.
Customer service was also involved in the return and re-order process. Again, things went smoothly and quickly.
I chose Cycle Gear because of the 15% discount and the fact that I could have it delivered to a store to facilitate any problems. As it turns out, that was the right decision.
Helite has a reputation for being best in class for air bag items, and the features on the jacket are top notch.

I walked into the store and was greeted immediately by the manager on duty at the time, he asked if there was anything he could do to help and I didn't have any questions at the time, but when I came back later he was super helpful and gave me a lot of great advice, the second time I came in was just as good with different people, they helped me get my helmet set up with my Bluetooth speaker and gave me even more advice and helped guide me to what might suit me best for when I choose to purchase a motorcycle.
