I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
Went in with a friend for them to buy gloves. On the way out I remembered I was going to need a new full face helmet. Modular a must. Lo and behold, the Shoei Neotec II was $200 off. Great helmet. Had tried it on when they first came out and was impressed. To find them on sale?! Great helmet.

The team at Cycle Gear is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The tire they provided, mounted and balanced for my '82 Yamaha sidecar rig was perfect. And they all enjoyed having my 'copilot, a 13lb Terrier mix 'rescue hang out while we were at Cycle Gear!
Cycle Gear is always able to provide the parts I require for my ‘82 Yamaha SECA and my other two bikes. Plus they are all ‘riders.
The replacement tire they provided is the same manufacturer and size as the one I’d been running and pleased with for several years.

Bought a Schuberth helmet. Purchase said it would take 5 to 7 days to ship. Didn't realize they meant business days! These days that's an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait. Shipped on the 7th day, delivery was delayed 2x, finally got the helmet 2+ weeks after I ordered it. Never going to use Cycle Gear online again.
I thought I could trust them, especially since they have a local shop.

Ordered a Shinko tire for the first time@$148 and was told it was a cheap tire and will not last long. Ok, spend $150 for a front tire and told at pick-up and installation it's cheap and wouldn't last long. Thanks for nothing. Why even offer cheap tires and possibly put a riders bike/life at risk? Now, I ride and more concerned if the tire will hold you to long distant rides. I know have to consider wasting $150 + $30 mounting to purchase another tire@+$250.

I was a little weary of buying these for my duke but after riding through some rain and sleet I know I made a good decision. I feel every bit comfortable as I did with my metzlers. AT HALF THE COST! Shipping was super fast.

I like Alec and his Crew. Very knowledgeable of the products they sale. I am a very picky customer with my motorcycle protection gear. Alec and his Crew at the Allison Park Cycle gear were patient with me and the problem I was having with the purchase of my new helmet. I drive 1 1/2 hours to get to the Allison Park Cycle gear cause the service is good there.
Had a problem with the way the new helmet fit. Was very tight at first. Returned and ordered another helmet one size bigger then the first. Ended up buying the first helmet. Wish Cycle gear stocked Scorpion helmets and gear.
I choose the Allison Park Cycle gear cause of Alec and his team there. Have been go there for a few years now.
I purchased a Scorpion EXO R-1 air helmet. I have 2 EXO R-2000 helmets. I like the Scorpion helmets. I do track days. Like the Scorpion helmets cause they can handle very high speeds.

I've ordered a few things from here and have always got awesome service. I went for a helmet when I needed to take the MSF course and the store manager helped me size the right helmet. Also ended up buying a armored hoodie he helped me size that as well took his time to make sure I was getting what I wanted!

The folks at the Cycle Gear store were very helpful in trying to fit a helmet that I ordered online. They found other options that would work just as well however they were significantly more expensive. In the end I couldn't make the helmet work and there was no issue returning it. Nicely done!

Purchased a motorcycle tire for my son's bike. I was told it would probably be around five days to have it shipped to the store and they would install it from there. To my surprise, I received a call after two days, saying that the tire had arrived and was installed and ready for pick up. I will do all of my business with cycle gears in Riverdale.

The helmet was exactly what I thought it would be except for the shield. The picture shown for the helmet is a smoke shield. Upon receiving helmet, the shield was clear with the optional smoked interior visor. For me, the interior shield is kinda weird. I guess I'll get use to it. I asked about the smoked shield and it was priced at $40.
I explained the shield issue concerning what was advertised and what was received. The customer service representative looked at pic of helmet and said “yes the pic can be deceiving.” He continued, “You do have the interior shield.”
