I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
I have been a customer in the past for random items I was looking for. Recently, I purchased a new ride and went into the store in Santa Rosa, CA, and was blown away with the available products but what blew me away was the customer service from the team there. They were great.

Ive ordered two jackets from Cycle Gear in the last two weeks, the first didn't fit quite right. Both times, I paid for next day shipping, both times, the jacket was shipped standard shipping (shipped Tuesday and arrived Friday). The jackets got here and it wasn't like I couldn't ride for the week, but what is going on at the shipping warehouse?
Shipping fees were refunded, would have preferred to have had the item actually shipped correctly at least once.

Walked in to the store and immediately was asked if I needed help, which indeed I was looking for help and from then on they showed me the choices of what I needed, even have me the chance to try it on(helmet) and proceed to make my purchase, my choice of color was not in stock at store but was shipped in a timely manner, received, checked and was happy with my purchase.
Variety, easy to browse thru store and with the confidence that if they didn't had what I needed on hand, they will ship it to my home.
They have lots of knowledge.

Every time I've gone to cycle gear I notice how helpful they are. They stick with you and help you find right size, they point out sales and even help with installation. Sometimes they are busy with others but the always seem glad to help even if it takes a while

The Mag Case is pretty good hold very strong to the handlebar mount but the magnet isn't as strong as I thought it to be. It holds up great on bare metal but a little weak with painted metal. Still holds on strong and won't slip so I'm happy with the products!

My favorite pair of gloves for off-road use are Fox's neoprene backed glove and CG had them on big sale in addition to the clutch pack and bar risers for our Beta 390 RRS. One stop shop and everything arrived faster than expected.

Needed to replace my pin lock I was riding with the visor up and a bug hit it but when I cleaned it of there were two scratches directly in front of my left eye 👁 so thus the new pin lock
Store didn't call me when the pin lock came I called and they couldn't find it even though they received it the day before if not for that I would have awarded 5 stars

I placed an on line order for a Simpson helmet which was delivered within two days, but the helmet was one size to big. I followed there easy to understand return process, and ordered the correct size helmet, and again within two days had the helmet. The return process, and the refund went smoothly and timely with no hiccups. My experience with CycleGear went flawless, and extremely happy with the no issues process. Had to order online since stores have very limited women's clothing, especially in plus sizes. Online offering wasn't much better. So had to buy and charge the cost without knowing if the pants would actually fit. Order was delivered to store as promised but the pants ran small in size.

I wanted a helmet with the rigth certifications but didn't want to spend a lot of money since I will use it for riding ebikes and mountain bikes, it is light enough, it makes me feel safer, and I like the quality and look of the helmet.
