I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.

The order was placed and confirmed at local store which included priority 2nd day shipping which was prepaid when placed. Confirmation e-mail showed an extended date. I called customer service spoke to Matt who told me that 2nd day delivery wasn't available on my order which contradicts the confirming copy which explicitly stated 2nd day shipping available on this item. The order was placed on April 3rd and was shipped the following day by ground transit which arrived on April 10th, a week later. While I did receive the order I feel that no effort was made to correct the method of shipment when called to customer service attention. I trust that this will be addressed.

I have bought a lot of things from Cycle Gear in the past, in the stores and online I think. Shipping took too long. I got notified the parts would arrive the next day 3 times. When the parts arrived they looked like the ones I had bought from Harley Davidson in the past for more money, but they didn't fit until I took a hammer and screw driver to them. Next time I will go to the store and have them order. If any problems I will return to the store.
I have always had good experiences with them in the past.
I wanted it and it was cheaper than Harley Davidson. For this part if I need it again I will pay the extra and get it from Harley

Store had the gloves I wanted, but not in my size. Employee that was assisting me checked stock in other nearby stores. None there either, so they helped by ordering the gloves I wanted in my size, and had them shipped to my door. Item that arrived in the one I ordered, and in the size I needed.
Much better selection of products than other closer stores in my area. Staff seemed sufficiently knowledgeable in the products I was interested in. Also reminded me of related items I forgot I wanted/needed, such as the back pad insert for my jacket.
I liked the construction quality, weight, and comfort.

I had no idea the Sedici Strada 3 was a brand new product. I had no idea because the floor associate never mentioned it; the only thing that mattered was finding me the right helmet within budget. I tried on several, in several sizes, and that was the one that won out. It wasn't until I looked online while tracking my order that I realized it's a brand new model -- and it's a great one, at that!
CycleGear is my closest, most well stocked motorcycle supply store here in Los Angeles. It's where I bought my first helmet and jacket when I started riding, and it's where I'll keep shopping in the future.
Comfort, shape, features, all for a very reasonable price.

I get way too much email from Cycle Gear. And embedding a tracking image in every image on the email means I can't even read the email if I disable tracking, so what's even the point of receiving them?

I ordered tires. Arrived within 3-days at store. Currently arranging to have them installed on my rims. My problem is that I have to take them off my cycle and bring them to the shop. I don't have the tools, the torque wrenches or the strength at 68 years old.

I followed the tracking of my order and when it showed that my order had arrived at the selected store I was expecting a call or email. None came. I called the store to see if I could pick up my order and was informed that my order had arrived but had been marked with a different name. Thankfully I was able to get my order before someone else was notified to pick it up.
That is where I bought a large percentage of my riding gear.
I wanted a windscreen for my bike and this one seemed to be the best choice.

It was a painless experience. I was hesitant because I didn't have a chance to try it on in person so I had to go with the sizing chart that was adjacent to the helmet selection. When the helmet arrived it fit perfectly!

As far as the tire I was very happy with product but the tire machine was down and the sales person said they could mount the tire when the tire machine was fixed which might take two or three days to fix but they could not balance the tire because they did not have the part for the tire machine, which I don't understand because they mounted and balance my harley rear tire a couple of weeks ago
