I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
It's a fantastic value and fits great. One really should expect anything crazy, the speakers and app are mid and they helmets loud. But it is a great value

Called local CG and young lady offered to ordered my Shoei helmet liner and visor instead of me using online route. Worked great for me, she looked-up helmet liner thickness, which I had no idea of (9mm or 13mm.what?).
They had the product(s) I was looking for, no one else did

My tires were delivered quickly and at a decent price. However I have been waiting for several days for them to get mounted. I believe more help is needed at the Meridian Idaho store.

Great service and fast delivery after ordering it at the Beavertons Cycle Gear store. Plus the sales person was kind enough to swap out the sena 50S that I had installed in my Shoei Neotech 2 to my new helmet. 👍👍
I have purchased many different motor cycle related product from Cycle Gear over the years and feel that they stand by their products and they will stand by you if you have an issue.

Helpful, friendly, customer service. Made it easy to order a tire, have it mounted/balanced and pick up. Also offered a tire warranty that I bought. Happy with the tire I bought.

The staff were very helpful, ordering in a helmet that was not in the store. They brought in two different sizes so I could get the one that fit the best.
Usually have the gear in the store and helpful staff.

I purchased a 50cc scooter for my daughter. She needed a helmet. The scooter dealer recommended Cycle Gear. We visited the local store. The gentleman who helped us, Rich, was very professional and attentive. He stressed that even though the scooter has a top speed of only 30 mph the safest helmet for my daughter would be a full-faced helmet.
We found a full-faced helmet that had the option of being open-faced and full-faced. Next, he had my daughter try on a Small size of that helmet. He made sure I understood how the helmet was supposed to fit, and he determined that the Small was too big. After checking his inventory, he told us he did not have an Extra Small but he'd check the other store in town. After patiently and thoroughly working with his colleague at the other store he confirmed they too did not have the helmet we wanted in inventory. He referred us to other shops where we might find a helmet and we left the store.
We visited 4 more stores in our attempt to find a suitable helmet. None was to be found and none had delivered the customer service we received at Cycle Gear. I went home that evening. Found the exact helmet we saw in the store online and ordered the Extra Small she needed. My order was processed quickly and I received the helmet ahead of the expected delivery date. With Rich and Cycle Gear's help, I am confident we landed on the best helmet to protect my daughter while she rides at a price we could afford.

The prices at cycle gear are great and they provide good communication and fast shipping time, I had entered my vehicle make, year, and model and was sad to find out the chain they claimed to be compatible with my Yamaha r7 was way to big, I was not educated enough on the product, I trusted cycle gears vehicle fitment filter to find the right size, I ended up braking the chain trying to get rid of some links only to realize I had permanently damaged it and would have to then buy a new one, I take credit to my mistake, I should have read more or taken the bike to a shop but I certainly wish the websites fitment filter was more accurate to my bike spec.
Lady who answered was extremely helpful and was able to confirm all the information I needed to find a new chain that fit my bike.
They are located locally, very good customer service, fast shipping, and good prices.
My bike chain was getting old and I had a flat tire, being on a budget I could not tow my bike to a shop, I ordered everything to my house to do it my self.

Great service at Cycle Gear Maple Grove,MN. I wanted a clear tank protector so that it wouldnt be so noticeable as a black one. A red one ( color of my tank) wasn't available. The product from One Design looks great and isn't noticeable until you get close. Thanks CG- ONE DESIGN!
Enjoy the ability to go to an actual store thats within driving distance. Manager there is knowledgeable/ helpful etc.
