I wanted an Oxford Montreal 4.0 jacket but was uncertain about the sizing. I went to a local Cycle Gear store and tried on similar (European sized) jackets and based my online order on that. Worked just fine. Very satisfied with the jacket, the service and the delivery.
The quality of these pants looks great! Based on the reviews of the woman's H2O, i sized up from a 32 to 34. I could not get them past my thighs. I am 5 6 1/2 150 pounds. I wear a solid size 10. My dirtbike gear and adventure gear all is 32. You are limited on how much you can open up the waist to get over your thighs and glutes because there is a gusset from one side to the other. I have an athletic build so im not proportionally large on the thighs. They are a very heavy pant, so I can't see how they would be cool enough in the summer. We could not find a vent in the back of the thigh for the air to flow thru. Again the quality is good.
In-store support was helpful and appreciated. I will likely return for future shopping. The order was placed in the store but the 10% discount for first online/member order was not applied.

Nothing special. They delivered when the salesman said they would. It was the right product. I gave an extra star on shopping experience because they had the product I had been looking for.
I went to local stores and they all had to order the face shields for my helmet, none had them in stock for my helmet. All were charging about the same price. I was at CycleGear when I decided I was tired going from shop to shop. If I had started with CycleGear I would have ended purchasing elsewhere.
