Have the RPM membership and product didn't ship in 2 days as stated it would. Taking a page from Amazon's prime of they say they have 2 days shipping but the item doesn't' arrive in two days (probably just the way things are now a days with false advertising and limitation in shipping partners being able to literally deliver). Cyclegear did ship the item quickly but it didn't show up in the time advertised with having an RPM membership. Haven't found the RPM membership to be all that beneficial and your mileage may vary. I signed up for RPM because overall it saved me more money on my helmet even buying the membership, so I won't be renewing when it comes time.

The paint at the handle was scuffed started flaking off due to this part not being bubble wrapped separately during shipping. As a result, it disintegrates further as you grab it each time using it and cuts into your skin. However, can't beat the price.
I am an RPM member and buy clothes and order stuff from here.

New tire ordered. Arrived very beat up and marred. Fortunately, it still held air. Wish it came in a box or some type of plastic bag that isn't easy to penetrate. It had no protection.

Paid extra for overnight shipping and product arrived in 5 days. Customer service didnt help at all with credit card issue on 2 order. Cycle gears internet platform would not allow me to use my card and cs said it was the billiing info on my card that wasn't matching. I called my bank to validate my card information and proceed to attempt my order woth no success. Cycle gear ca continuing to say it was my cards billing info. I attempted 4 more different cards and the cycle gear platform would not accept my forms of payment. I attempted to place order with my sons card and same issue arose. Customer service had zero answers for me and basically left me with no options to place and pat for my order. Ultimately i had to use the zip option and it finally went thru. Will not be ordering from cycle gear again.

Overall it was okay. I ordered a helmet online. Took a while to be notified about my purchase and receive a receipt (no big deal). I did not receive a delivery confirmation through email or call. I happened to be near the store and dropped in to see if it was delivered. They found my package quickly. Customer service was good at the store.
