Shopping at CycleGear is always an awesome experience, if you either get help in store or over the phone the associates are so helpful and polite. 100% recommend people to check it out, you won't leave empty handed :) at least I never do 😆
The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop

I did an exchange of a helmet that was to tight for me. A new one was at the branch is couple of days. Good service and the salesman wasvery helpful

All good. My mistake the size I ordered was the same as my old helmet and a different brand.
Unfortunately it was to small.
Daniel sorted it all out and I picked up a replacement the next day from Cycle Gear.

I really enjoy Cycle Gear. My order shipped separately but everything got to me sooner than it said it would. I really enjoyed the products and quality of everything I got.
It was the first brand I found. I went in person and the people were extremely nice and pleasant so I made my purchase online. Also the prices were really good and the sales were actually sales.

Ordered my tires and had them shipped to the local Cycle Gear store, i took my old tires in and they mounted and balanced them in under an hour.

I ordered a helmet. It was as described and came quickly. I like the fact if I have an issue with my purchase I have an actual store to return it to in person.

Wasn't to happy with my purchase. The shade visor wouldn't go down properly and would get stuck. The bluetooth speaker was blown out. They forgot to pack the charging cord.
They took care of me fast and helped with fixing my problem.
