Shopping at CycleGear is always an awesome experience, if you either get help in store or over the phone the associates are so helpful and polite. 100% recommend people to check it out, you won't leave empty handed :) at least I never do 😆
The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop
Jake in KOP was really nice and knowledgeable. He helped me get a bunch of new gear and helmet for the season.
Happy i can drive to KOP vs going all the way to Philly to check out and buy gear.

The search engine was easy to use and found the visor I needed right away. The ordering process was easy and the product came in a timely manner.
Came up in a search for the product I needed; We have a CycleGear near us and it's comforting to know that there is a brick and mortar nearby in case a return is needed or there is a problem with the equipment.

Good and professional,other than the box being mislabled at the manufactuer and the 3 trips to the store,everything was great
The product was mislabled at the manufacturer,and was handled at the store,only complaint is I had to make 3 trips to the store and pay 11 dollars in tolls,and about 60 miles total going back and forth to the store other than that,the staff at the store were great

Zipper had an issue where it wouldn't zip up flush was able to return them months after cyber monday and get a new pair delivered to my home.
Was able to return my boots without any issue for a replacement.

People very knowledgeable I went in asking for tires for my Goldwing and they recommended exactly what I want it and scheduled and appointment to install and balance the only day I could was a Sunday and the asked me to be there at 10 am and they were there and it took them almost nothing of time to service my wheels and what else can I say "excellent service"

I dropped wheels off to get the tires I had ordered mounted on Tuesday. When I returned on Saturday they still weren't mounted and I waited 1.5hrs for them to get done.
