The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop

Fortunately, i read prior reviews that said the jacket ran small. I ordered a size 2XL (6'2-215lbs). Fits good, and slightly snug with a thick sweater underneath. Overall for the price, a good value.

I preodered a helmet and paid for it in full with the expectation and with them saying I'd receive it mid to late March. I tried numerous emails to get in contact the last week of March. They then tell me it looks to be the April when I might get it... I canceled and asked for a refund. They didn't even try to appease or help. Won't spend my money here ever again...
