Shopping at CycleGear is always an awesome experience, if you either get help in store or over the phone the associates are so helpful and polite. 100% recommend people to check it out, you won't leave empty handed :) at least I never do 😆
The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop

I communicated w/ 2 stores,gave them my helmet model and ordered the shield that they said would work. It doesn't fit!
I recommended that the clerks contact the HJC sales rep to determine which shield would fit my helmet. They gave me a PN I ordered and it doesn't fit.

I order a sedici suite and it didn`t fit me, so they let me return it, no questioned asked,
So I bought a BILT suite and was I glad I did, it was much nicer gear and the pants have zippers
That run the full length of the leg which makes it a lot easier to put on with your boots, my buddy has to take his boots off every time he wants to get in and out of his riding gear, The only negative, was the jacket only had a liner for colder days, but not water proof so I bought a rain coat for the jacket, the pants where water proof and have a liner for colder days, so far I love what I got, but I have only owned them for a couple months, so only time will tell how durable they`ll be, I have a Joe Rocket suite now, that I replaced with the BILT suite and I would say these are every bit as sturdy, and nice looking as they are, if these last as long as my JR did and they appear that they will, I`ll be happy.
There in the town I live in. Close and Convenient and I could go and look and try on what I was getting.
I like the way they looked and the price wasn`t bad either.

The web site is easy to navigate and locate specific items. Shipping was fast although I did have a 3-day delay with the post office for some reason.

The pants I wanted weren't in stock, so I ordered them while I was at the store and picked them up when they came in.
Proximity and reliability.
I've been wanting these pants for a while. The protective fabric is woven in to the material. Much lighter than other protective riding jeans.
