The staff at cycle gear on Beach Boulevard are the greatest. They called me once the package came into the store. I tried on the pants before I took it home. They offered for me to return if it did not fit. The pant fit as it should a little bit long, but that usually happens for us short kings.
The team is very helpful and informative but I misunderstood the web site and ordered the wrong obd plug for my 2023 zx6r and had to send it back. I've not received the right plug yet nor a refund but other than that cycle gear will always be my go to shop
The customer service is honest, knowledgeable and responsive.

I don't believe it is any fault of Cycle Gear. The staff were amazing and kind. But the device seemed to have come faulty and I do wish to refund it.
Very good experience with staff and personnel.
They seemed the best in Motorcycle accessories.
The Bluetooth device (my product) was extremely compatible with my helmet.

I like picking up the item at the store because if the item is incorrect, a return is so much easier than dealing with mailing
In my neighborhood, I like the staff
Seemed best, comments were that with this fairing it will vibrate once on the highway with the wind and might start stress cracking. It only has one horizontal mounting axis so I could see how it would tilt and vibrate with the wind, so I used zip ties to stabilize it more from above and below. We will see if that helps
