You web site has lots of issues,
I tried to pay with google pay on my iPad, google pay is probably not available but it didn't give me an error message, it did nothing?
When I went to order a tire it said 'item not available at this store'.
I think it was trying to say the item was not in stock, again poor programming.
At checkout I was given a run around and it was very confusing.
You need ask some people to watch people as they try and make purchases on you web site and note all their struggles and confusion.
I like your company and am only offering constructive criticism.

I ordered one helmet and I received another one. The second time the helmet was the one I ordered.
The first one had the right label on the wrong helmet. To the person who picked, packed and shipped the helmet please tell to turn the brain on before doing anything.
Zachary was amazing. Solved the problem and sent me the right helmet.
I visited the shop in Fresno and I selected the helmet. They didn't have any new one in the store but the one out of the box so I bought it online.
It was the best fitting, cost effective product for my needs.

Outstanding while dealing with Kirby. When tire arrived Kirby wasn't working. I was charged for the tire to be mounted, purchased an inner tube, and had to wait 2 days for wheel. When I picked up new tire my old one wasn't saved for me. It was brand new tire and I was charged disposal fee.
Loyalty, but I’m rethinking it after this experience.

The sales team was very knowledgeable about the purchasing process. The tires I ordered were not in stock, but they knew exactly how long it would take to receive them as well as how to make sure Spec 1 received the tires without me getting involved. Very quick and overall smooth process from ordering, receiving and getting a call from the tire team to install them.
Brand selection and product availability. Cycle Gear has such a large selection that you can make decisions based on life factors and not just availability.
I wanted a 75/25 adventure tire but went with the 80/20 due to lead time. I was trying to catch the last couple weeks before the weather comes in a possibly closes to Sierra passes. Overall really good decision and I have been having fun with the more offroad orientated tire, but I will also have to replace them sooner.

I actually went in store to check my size first and see if there was anything in store that I liked. Unfortunately I didn't find anything I waned, so I logged on at home and found the helmet I ordered and am very pleased with it. It was on Sale, so great price and it fits well.
My Husband used CYclce gear, tons of friends and other bikers that I know use CycleGear. We love you guys!

My experience on many recent orders with Cycle Gear has been good. I was able to select easily the different gear items I was looking for. The product information, videos when available, and reviews all helped me make decisions. I also was able to try some items in store and then ordered the correct size online. Though the online information on sizing has been really accurate.
The customer service has been really responsive and helpful in the emails with them.
I primarily picked Cycle Gear for the selection and the ease of returning online items to the store if needed. There are also fairly good product listings. Videos especially have nice information.
I primarily chose the items based on features but also their style. Reasonable cost was also a factor.

I love my helmet. I would have preferred a delivery drop method. The delivery driver left my package on the second step in front of my door, right in the line of sight from sidewalk and street. Porch pirates are real, theft is up and I requested for my package to be dropped on my back patio due to the prior stated reasons. I just believe an delivery drop option would be helpful for your customers
By the time they responded FedEx had already dropped my package.

I can always find what I need online and when I go into my local store they are always so helpful and friendly. My first time in they a bunch of money. My last order took a while to show up despite paying extra for the faster shipping but I believe that was beyond the company's control as they had my order processed in very timely manner. Over all I have yet to have a bad experience with cycle gear and being an RPM member has saved me a lot already and my order usually show up extremely fast!
They're part of the RPM program and I have a store that is pretty local based off of my experience in store I figured I'd continue going to them.
They had all the parts I needed to get my back on the road to keep riding to end of the season and they showed up quick.
